No CD release? Just download

No matter how many times you make this list there will always be ones you have forgotten. From other lists I have seen posted, Braveheart would be in my top 10-20. I base it on how many times I have watched a movie. That would put Rocky 1-3 at the very top of my list. I am also a huge fan of the Horror/Cult movie Phantasm. It would be very high on my list. Anyone else remember this show? They released a part 5 last year. It was the final in the cult series.

Jessica Wolff - Grounded - This one came in as a OBi version. Don't know if that is how they all come but I just ordered a regular version.

Its getting harder and harder to find stuff on cd. Leads me to a question of what everyone's going to do when things for the most part go to download only.

While I understand why the bands do it. I just can not get myself to pay for them.

The website showed 0 stock.

Finally found one on Ebay for 22.00 registered mail from Greece.

Not my favorite place to buy from but we shall see what happens

AS mentioned this ENTIRE sites foundation is 95% based on bands no one has ever heard of, nearly no one ever gave a shit about until someone posted a thread about them and there demo sold for $500 on Ebay and that the majority of the mindless minions could still give a half a shit about!

 

Oh wait this will be better, let's start yet another thread about Don Dokken or Ratt or Cinderella or wait maybe the roadie for Guns N Roses has a pimple on his smeckel! OR sure how bout another thread on GNR period WTFF? These bands have been played out. We know and have discussed EVERYTHING there is to be discussed about these bands. Sure if the 2nd replacement drummer for LA Guns from the summer of 2011 to the fall of 2011 starts a new Slayer cover band lets start a thread for him. But really?

I can't believe this thread was ever started. Why in the world would we knock someone for posting new band releases even if some are not to everyone's taste. I for one was regularly checking he board for martinsane posts.

I could easily say this about many other bands that are posted by other users that are pure junk.

I would guess this post may cause those posters to quit posting and that is a shame.

I love the posts and suspect many others do whether they are willing to outright say it or not.

Wasn't sure what I thought of this at first. That screaming after awhile drives me crazy. However it's got enough Power & drive to keep me hooked.

I like the name and the song is decent. Will need to check out some more songs from this band

After listening to the clip/video i picked this up the other day. Great cd with multiple good songs.

However this has to be one of the cheapest made cds I have in my collection.

The first time i played it track 2 skipped. Now it seems to play fine

For what its worth I'm drawn back to what originally brought me to the site years ago.

The big bands like Scorpions, GNR but more so the obscure bands

I think by adding bands like this to the site it is detouring from its originality.

This site stands out beyond others because for the most part it has stuck to this.

If your going to add a band to the site then it should at least be 80% or more the style this site was formed around.

I am all for adding Cassette/LP Only releases. I ran across a band the other day on You Tube called Black Fate - Commander of FATE(1986). I think I found it by a band mentioned here.

IMO a very good band. I did see there is a cd release. Rare though 450.00.

So I think there is will always be something new to add but I don't know we need to be searching through bands like the Who, Mountain & Kenny Loggins to find them.

After all the hype I got this cd in today and cant believe I waited so long to get it. Absolutely a fantastic cd and will be at the top of my Play list with Blessed by a Broken Heart which I also thought was a Great Band

I also got the new Arc Angels in today and was enjoying it until I got to the 5th song and it began to error out. The cd turned out to be defective, sooooooooooo I wait to hear the rest.

PS4 and Xbox 1 preordered. The PS4 I will most likely keep unless it starts selling for outrageous prices on ebay like the PS3 did. I don't think they will go like that since everyone could preorder ahead of time.

I sold my PS3 on ebay for 1800.00 and paid 400.00. Turned around a few months later and bought one local for 300.00(used)

I do still have the first generation PS3 that plays all PS games including the PS1.

Having bought and sold many of the Xbox 360, IMO they were never the quality of the PS3.

I would think by now Xbox has finally figured out how to make a better system.

While I understand what longharirmike74 means in general that doesn't apply to those who have both family members working. My wife works at Walmart going on 11 years and we have never accepted anything from the government. I would rather shoot myself as feel I owe our government anything(that's a different subject).

Having said that my wife is quitting in November. For the most part I can back up everything Jacob says(I hear all the complaints everyday from my wife). However Jacob if you think that job is bad just go up and work a register for a day. You will be begging to go back to your previous job.

My wife had enough of the abuse from customers and the management. The stories my wife tells are just F*** ridiculous.

Makes me just Hate people listening to her talk. Don't tell anyone but I really don't like people anyway:)

My advise to you Jacob is find a new job because it will never get better. It may temporarily seem like it is but they always find a way to F*** that up.

Not to get off point but I was scanning ebay the other day and see they released all 20 Seasons on 104 Disc Set. This will cost you upwards of 200+

Picked Up Metal 1 vol. 2 from ebay for .01 + 3.00 shipping What A Steal.

I bought it for the Blue Murder song We all fall down.

I didnt realize this was a cd until I opened the package. The case was twice as thick as a normal one and heavy.

Inside was the booklet - 12 different Calendars of each group along the The OBI.

I dont think it gets any better. Everything mint
