When I originally bid he had 150++ positives at about 98% and then he screwed a heap of people at once under the name 'charlottecountycollectibles'.

 

I know... I was screwed and I contact all his other bidders at the time and they were screwed aswell

 

Probably needed a quick fix of $$$ so used ebay to do it.

 

I think his plan was to build up a decent reputation with some good feedback and then rip hundreds m aybe thousands of dollars from people before disapprearing and starting a new account.

 

He may have a new name with some good feedback, but as they say an old dog doesn't change his tricks!

Well just to update everyone......I got comfirmation that his money order was approved via Bidpay, so looks like i lucked out......Now he has bid on one of my ebay auctions, and i am cringing now........All i can do is hope for the best.......

I wouldn't worry so much about Hong Kong as I would Mexico, no offense to any people from Mexico who frequent here.....another one to watch for is Argentina pressings as bootlegging is going wild there too......

after a close examination of the EVIDENCE ONE / CRITIZE THE TRUTH cd..i noticed on the back insert it specifically say "this cd not to be sold outside russia,cis,&baltic states"..and yes the cd has russian writing on it and is a cd maximum issue..i now suppose that he was busted without the proper liscences(sp?) to distribute out side russia.......

I don't think it was a case of him getting busted, because there are 100's of Russia sellers, i counted 51 this morning, all selling pretty much the same things....It's pretty much a circle, like the article that was posted on here not long ago about "Russian Bootlegging" of cd's......Goes back to the If you do not ask, they will not tell, and alot of times if you ask they still won't tell......

There may be more sellers like him on ebay but somehow I always ended up looking at his auctions so he must have been one of the bigger guns.  He was selling some nice items (that were unfortunatley boots/illegal items).  Thanks to some previous warnings here I never did buy anything from him.

I've won a couple of cd's from his auctions, both were original pressings....I have mixed feelings on the "Illegal Russian" copies/boots........I've bought several 2on1 issues from various ebay sellers, and they are for my personal collection, they are bootlegs i'm sure, but most of them are out of print so i see no problem in it.....Others will disagree........One problem now is, the market is flooded by the Russia cd's and you have to be very careful who you are buying from, because if you do not ask, they will not tell.......And the obivious, if you are buying from someone in Russia/Belarus, odds are they are Russia pressings.........So my advice to anyone, is if you have a problem with Russia cd's and are buying on Ebay or anywhere else, you need to ask questions before bidding or buying.......But that is just my take on it......

It seems James Arwine has more emergencies than you top ER ......He bid on one of my auctions and eventually did pay(took like 6 weeks), and since then i banned his username/s ......I have run into many people on ebay who have had run-ins with him and he uses so many different excuses, it's pitiful......So like Mike and others have said, steer clear of this jerkoff...................

They are on about their 3rd ID on eBay.

They maybe on their 3rd ID, but they did great by me, so i am not goin to slam them.....At least they are not "Gouging" the hell out of people on prices, I mean $75 for Bad Moon Rising-S/t .......that is insane when the cd itself is not worth more than $25......

Keystone Music Exchange in Lebanon, PA is a great CD store for melodic metal, however, when I ordered 220 Volt CD's a couple years ago through PayPal, they never shipped after two years of e-mails and even a stop at the store (when the owner was not there).  I know they got suspended from eBay, I was wondering if they were still up to their old tricks as well.

I recently bought a couple fo cd's from them off Ebay so i'm not sure about them being suspended, i got my items within 3 days, so i'd say i am happy with my experience.....But i have heard of some horror stories about them......

I just wanted to add that Ryan at Metal Mayhem are just great to deal with, the only drawback is that he has become more and more hard to get ahold of. but his honesty is never in question with me. And as long as Al stays out of the picture I will have no problems what so ever sending Ryan my business.

Hi Adriano & Lonnie, Al is not connected with the current screamercd auctions on ebay. I talked with Ryan the other night and these are his auctions alone. I don't think Al will be using his ebay account for sales anytime soon due to the last problems he caused.  So feel comfortable in bidding if you want to.  you will be dealing with Ryan, NOT Al.

Thanks a lot for the precious information, I'm contacting Ryan, I need to discover what is happening. I'm bidding of some of his auctions ("screamercd"), and I will cancel my bids if Alfred Natale is the man behind "screamercd", not Ryan. It is really serious...

 

To the new users, Alfred Natale is a well known thief/swindler from NY, simply do not deal with him. Just an advice.

I bought Marchello's The power of money cd from Ryan through ebay, his username screamercd, the advert/description given was that the cd is legit silver pressed cd, upon getting it I found it to be CDR. I have emailed Ryan about this without ever getting a response. I paid $203 for the cdr, Fraud?

 

I have bought off Ryan numerous times and never had a problem with him before now.

Screamercd is not Ryan.......It is actually Al Natale....Ryan allowed him to use his account to set up another, see how he was banned from ebay......At least that is what i am told......I know ryan and that is not the kind of business he does........I know the last time i bought something from "Screamercd" it was shipped from NJ and had Natale's name and address on it......And we all know Ryan lives in CT.......Ask Adriano Boimel about him.........Just thought i would give my insight on things......
