Hello! I'm the one that reached out to Dan via email. In regards to the viewcount - well, the lostwave community can really get invested in these sorts of mystery songs (for example, "Like The Wind" - https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-features/most-mysterious-song-on-the-internet-885106/ & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPGf4liO-KQ - or "Everyone Knows That (Ulterior Motives) - https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-features/everyone-knows-that-lost-mystery-song-1234875326/). There are a significant number of us trying to solve hundreds of these 'lostwave' songs - and we do actually solve them (in fact, December and January have been great months for lostwave 'finds'). Anyway, in regards to "Just a Game", here's roughly what we know: On December 22, 2018 a user who goes by the name Gabor72 posted the song on WatZatSong. (for those wondering, no, it's neither of the proposed 'answers') Gabor72 had 106 other songs on WZS that all appear to have been identified. Almost all were on vinyl, the majority were released in Europe, with a good chunk being from Italy. Most were released in the late 80s or early 90s.
