You've just sparked my curiosity on this one. Indeed it's a catchy AOR tune, especially the chorus. Too bad I've never caught myself hearing it before considering I have a keen memory on whose song & what singer. From the runs of the vocals & music wise, I just think that it MIGHT be (just a wild hunch) : - Kevin Cronin - Cliff Magness - Jason Scheff - Or anything related to Jay Graydon's projects Btw, it sounds '90s or early 2000s to me.
