What happened to the other posters? Seems like its the same 3-4 people now. What happened to the "file the negatives" and we`ll back you up people? Did they get their stuff now and abandon the rest of us to fend? LOL

Hey JLPRocks, I sent an email to ebay reporting this previously suspended ebay user but ran into a problem because that user always uses their ajrocks account and not the rocku4ever or steve.spriggs account when sending me my nasty-grams. You said that you received email acknowledging the auctions from rocku4ever. You should forward it to safeharbor at this address: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/rfe-pr...-suspended.html This will have the effect (allegedly) of re-suspending sspert.hotmail.com. ie. Rocku4ever.

Anyone check out sspert.hotmail.com's feedback lately... She's gone ahead and made it private. I guess she's scared now that we are indeed going to start leaving negative feedback, and she doesn't want the defrauded to know what of our negs are so she can continue to lie, lie and lie.

If people are receiving their CDs like "RoughRider" (aka sspert.hotmail.com trying to do some damage control), then why don't we see anyone else posting positives on this sellers account? We all know why negatives aren't being posted (fear of retalliation), but why then are there no positives? Several bidders are clearly in Canada, and they haven't even posted positive feedback. This is now two weeks after the auctions ended. The explanation given on this board has been that PJ has somehow stopped everyone from giving this person positives so that PJ can better bargain a buy-out. What kind of stupid silly hogwash BS is that?

I didn't get myself in this predicament. When the auctions were hot, I received ONE response to my email asking whether all of the CDs were legit. She indicated that they were all real pressed. Since that time I was informed that the CDs I won were actually not at all real and now I havent heard poop from sspert.hotmail.com since (and Ive sent daily emails). Im not one to usually post to these forums and I usually just peruse. I even held back when this thread was initially started because I didnt want to start or be a part of a witch-hunt frenzy until I knew for sure. Now I know for sure and I want to save my money and ebay reputation as well as help those unsuspecting from being ripped off.

Three of the CDs I won were later confirmed multiple collectors as never issued to CD format. The ebay seller refuses to respond to any of my email regarding their authenticity....in fact the seller never responds to any of my emails period. Additionally, I note that none of the heavy hitter winning bidders have posted any positive feedback for this person despite the auction endings over a week ago. The seller has only posted positive feedback on ONE person who previously had zero feedback (suspicious itself) and that person has also posted feedback on her. NO ONE else out of all of the other buyers has posted positive feedback nor has the seller posted positive feedback about ANYONE else. I requested this ebay user ID's info. through ebay and was provided with yet another name and address....This seller is using three different names with four different email addresses. Call me crazy, but what do you make of all of this?

I couldn't disagree with you more Whiplash1972. Judging by the stuff this person was selling, I'd say we were dealing with a seasoned collector who knew what she had, knew of the potential value had the CDs been real, and decided to sell them anyways without even as so much mentioning that the CDs were in fact CDRs. Who can in good conscious sell CDs for as much as 250 bucks knowing they are nothing more then CDRs? I think its disgusting, detracts from the real thing, and is nothing more then fraud on the buyer.

My suspicions have been confirmed. Sspert.hotmail.com is in fact selling CD-Rs and passing them off as legit pressings. How do we go about backing out of our transactions without getting suspension warnings or even negative feedback on ebay? I will not be sending in my payments now. We need to unite in order to guarantee that we don't all get screwed over by this forger and fake.
