    Went back to the mall today and went to F.Y.E.

     

    ZEKE-LIVE AND UNCENSORED

    OFF BROADWAY-LIVE AT FITZGERALD'S

     

    Got them for less than $3 each.. :bananamac:

     

    I did not know that Zeke is/was that popular (I sure dig em)... Huh, learn sumthin' knew everyday.

     

    I don't own anything from them. For that price, I'll give it a spin..

     

    and for that? buy a new turntable?

    ha, i think a copy of it went for $50+ the other time?as usual the amount of fools in ebay is infinite these days. i don't like this cd, otherwise i would have made a part time job out from it. i only love treason and i have that on their ultra rare 7" single.

    ha, i agree mostly with you. although i find more mediocre bands than the ones you've already listed(omega point, battalion and of course the festival of boredom, first strike). oracle is excluded of course.

     

    q'ryche, for me, are responsible for the demise of the once great US metal in late 80's early 90's. no problemo with that of course.

    Did they ship it to the store in TOTOWA? (Is that store still there?).

     

    I hope so! I haven't been to the Totowa store in ages though, so I don't know for sure. I used to work about five minutes from there so I used to take a quick trip on my lunch break once or twice a week to browse thru the used stuff. Found a LOT of great sh*t in that store.

     

    ...then three years ago they transferred me to a different office in an area completely barren of CD stores :crying:

     

     

    Bump... been a while since this thread's been active, but I can now confirm that the Compact Disc World store on Rt. 46 in Totowa, NJ, is no more. The wife and I passed by there earlier today (we were on our way to a cemetery in Totowa to place flowers on a family member's grave) -- first time I've been down that way in a few years now -- and I saw the store all locked up with "FOR RENT" signs in the windows. :(

     

    On our way back home I also noticed the Coconuts Music store that was on the same side of Rt. 46 (right before it merges with Rt. 23) is also gone and in the process of becoming a Fortunoff store. Damn! When I was still working in West Paterson (goin' back almost five years ago now) I used to score TONS of good sh*t from the used-CD bins in that Coconuts store. :crying:

     

    ... although on a positive note, it looks like the tiny-but-mighty SOUND EXCHANGE RECORDS on 23 North in Wayne is still there! :banana:

    The Pavlov's Dog album is GREAT! The band's name was originally Pavlov's Dog and the album was titled Conditioned Response, but due to some copyright shit, they switched it around, and now the band name is Conditioned Response. Their 2nd album was good, but the Pavlov's Dog album is what Queensryche should still be. :guitbannana:

     

    Cool, I may have to get this then. BTW, I think Conditioned Response is a great name for a band, a case of finding fortune in their misfortune if you know what I mean.

     

     

    conditioned response is a study done by the great psychologist mr. pavlov.

     

    they changed name because of the older prog rockers with the same name(and to be honest i prefer listening to them than the band mentioned here). and perhaps their singer can hit easily higher notes than the much worshipped here, mr. tate.....

     

    as for the band, it's very good, i would never classify them as q'ryche clones, and for sure i would never listen to a cover from them, especially a q'ryche one.
