Now that 49% of Americans depend on free Government handouts and Obama phones the liberal "free money" way of life will continue in this country and we will go further and further into debt with China and our credit rating will continue to decline. Our Economy will continue to crumble and unemployment will grow. The "me" first attitude of the American people is sickening and it's not our generation I worry about it's the next few that will have to pay for all of the money we have to borrow. Where I live is dependent upon energy such as Coal, Oil and Gas and those workers and companies have taken a huge hit since Obama first took office and decided that he wanted to "bankrupt" the coal industry. Also the regulations in banking have made it very difficult to lend money to those that deserve and actually work for a living especially the self employed. Some of those new banking regulations were needed but most of the them are a full 180 degrees from where the were and plain ridiculous. The fact that people said they cared about a better economy but voted for the man that has given us the worse unemployment and economy for decades is unbelievable. I guess it was just a case of "the devil I know". I could say more but should probably get off of my soap box before I piss someone off.....

Ok I know probably the majority here know who Jarred (Mullethead) is but for those that don't or haven't done any business with him than this is for you. I have bought several cds over the years from this cat and it's always been a pleasure. If anything isn't right (In your opinion) he fix's it. He makes sure your happy with what you bought or traded for. Don't hesitate to jump into one of his rare cd Jap/OBI sales. Just don't outbid me! I just wanted to take a moment and give him a shout out! We live in a world where it's quick to critize and bitch about something or everything,so here's something positive. Here's to you my friend

I went to high school with Art Schlichter (Ohio State Quaterback) and NFL player for the Indy Colts. We were on the track team together and my brother and he were the co-captains of the football team(Miami Trace). For those who don't know he got involved with gambling and has been in and out of prison(destroyed his football career) and just recently took 650,000 from a group of folks in Columbus,Ohio (mostly elderly women)on ticket scams. Art was a unbelievable athlete and had more talent in his pinky than most have in their entire bodies. What a waste! Looks like he's gonna do anthor stint back in prison. My parents called to inform me that he was placed in his mothers home pending sentencing and has now failed a drug test(cocaine). This man is 52 now. Sad!

Even worse is the seller (such as SwedenRules) who has a resealing machine and reseales used cd's that way. Most peeple don't catch it but I sure as hell did...

 

SwedenRules is a tosser. I won 3 auctions and he combined postage which was cool and offered a discount to ship without cases. Before I accepted I sent him a message about whether he protects the CDs in anyway or just throws them in the padded bag. He never replied so I paid him a 4-5 days later not knowing as the buyer I have all the power and pretty much just wanting to do the right thing. Then I get this nasty email of him accusing me of wanting it shipped for free and who do I think I am questioning him about his shipping costs and methods etc. Anyway, after a few heated emails he bans me coz I pretty much tell him to stop messaging me, the dude was nasty, arrogant... I could almost see the spit coming from his mouth and I honestly just asked a question.

The CDs arrive a week or so later and sure enough there is a loose digipak and 2 loose CDs and inserts in the padded bag. The digipak is quite badly damaged (Journey's Revelation Best Buy edition), one insert is stuck to the bubble wrap and tears a little, another insert is torn at the fold. I would have paid a couple of extra bucks for the shipping.

 

Anyway, we all have different experiences. A year later he bought a couple of CDs from me and obviously forgot everything. He questioned me about shipping prices and I pointed him to the Aus Post site so he could see that all I added was the cost of a envelope and in a pleasant way over numerous emails he told me how to do it cheaper if you're sending from the US, Germany or somewhere else.... I forget, not that I was paying much attention.

 

You can make your own mind up about him but worth a second glance if buying a 'new' CD or having something shipped without cases. Have fun!

Sweedenrules is a complete ASSHOLE! I won some cds from him last year and he offered to send them without cases to save me some money but I said NO and paid the extra shipping and guess how my cds arrived?? Yeah without cases,packed by a three year old (no they would have done better) and the booklets and OBI strip's were bent up. Responded to my emails like it was my fault and said he was gonna block me forever. Avoid this loser! They way he rants he must have gotten beat up a lot as a child or he should have beaten up!

I was behind some kinda fancy rich-kid sports car at a red light the other day with a sticker on the back that said (in big pink letters) "YIELD TO THE PRINCESS." I'm like, "Oh really? F*ck you, Princess."

I know everyone doesn't want to pay the shipping but a lot of Japanese sellers are mixing indies in with their Japan pressed cd auctions. I'm sure it has happened but I have NEVER seen a Japanese seller sell a boot Japan pressed cd, let alone anything else. They take way too much pride in what they are selling.

 

If you find an indie being sold by a long time Japanese seller, it's 99.9999999% legit. Unfortunately, I can't say that about U.S. sellers... It's a shame.

BACKED 100%! I also started picking up Japanese pressed cd's and man do these cats get it right. I buy from a few directly and a few on Ebay and man they put the CUSTOMER first. Like Mullethead already stated,some of my favorite Jap sellers are mixing in some nice Indies with their auctions. I have pretty much QUIT buying from anyone other than the gang here and my Japanese sellers. I bought from Ryan (Metal Mayhem) for years(haven't bought a cd in a couple of years now) and I hate to hear about Steve's cd buy from him. What's it coming to?? Thanks Steve for lettin' everyone know! Good HEADS UP!

The review is right on IMO. Man the vocals(or lack of). I have Nightride and it's bad too IMO. I would like to hear them with anthor singer. Maybe with anthor lead singer and better production they would be a decent group???

Terry, I am in complete agreement with Dark Star and Whiplash. I too have a very abusive father and I have fought demons over the years on rather to have a realationship with him or not. I came to the conculsion that I would be the "Better Man" and continue seeing him. I want him to see what he's missed out on and to have to think about what our realtionship "could have been". I live my life that two wrongs don't make a right. Go see your father and let him know that you love him and that you care reguardless of how he treated you as a child and young adult. Step up and be the "Better Man". Maybe he will see what he's missed my friend. Good luck and "God Bless"

I can relate to both of the above comments. The first time I made a deal with Sam he sent them Media Mail. They ended up in Pittsburgh and some one broke into the box and stole several of the cds and threw the rest back in the box damaging several others. Guess whom made it right-SAM DID-Not the Post Office! Now he sends everything in a nice Priority Box. I believe it was Mullethead who beat me on the Eyes (S/T) Japan cd. GREAT BUY indeed! Don't hesitate to buy from Sam.

I'm sure a lot of you know that eaglesfan30000 (Bob) is a GREAT guy to do business with. I picked up a cd from him a couple days ago and it has already arrived and was packed so well that I had to get the combination from him to get it open. Just a FIRST CLASS act! He is just anthor example of why I like to busines with the peolpe here instead of Ebay etc!
