  1. And I would disagree about the 50/50 comment made by Kim. It's more like 80/20. If there's anything we are having trouble releasing it's usually because of band squables or audio issues. We have a crap-load of stuff sitting in here that needs remastering (like PARADISE "Do or Die" + Bonus Tracks) and the fantastic HARD ATTACK release. It all takes time. We're doing our best.

  2. Hey guys - a million apologies for the wait on some of these. Our main manufacturer NOWDISC went under a month back so we had to find another manufacturer. Many of the new titles are in production and I am awaiting delivery. Anything that is taking too long (i.e. AMERICADE) will be refunded to the buyer. We appreciate your business , your patience and we'll have everything sorted very shortly.

  3. Well I just watched this and just as I suspected (and I say this with all due respect Jules because you're a cool dude) , the pitch correction on the album is obviously very much needed...

Watch that and HEAR what I am talking about. White Widdow is a studio band , plain and simple...just like the highly overrated Eden's Curse fronted by that douchebag Michael "I started the whole bootleg craze with Ryan Northrup" Eden.

Sorry peeps , I am not a fan of autotune.

  4. As someone who has been dealing with the Russians for over 10 years now (I was the first seller on eBay who started selling Russian made discs) , I can tell you that most of you have hit the nail on the head.

The following labels are legitimate and have licensing deals...

    IROND / Dark Division

    Soyuz (SPV)

    CD-Maximum

    Art-Music Group (Massacre)

    Fono (Century Media)

and there are some others too.

The true crooks here are NOT the Russians but the licensing labels like Frontiers who make deals with the Russians without telling the artist nor paying them for that licensing.

I have talked to many Frontiers artists who have NO idea their music is widely available throughout the Russian Federation.

Are there Russian boot companies? Abso-fucking-lutely. But paying $2 as opposed to $20 for an excellent replication of an original is far more lucrative IMO.

The music industry is fucked every which way you turn. Some motherfuckers in Brazil , China or wherever make shit available for free download all the time and nobody says SHIT about that , but someone sells a boot and is crucified.

Buy what the hell you want.

  5. The wait is over ladies and gentlemen. Over the next few weeks we will be releasing a plethora of titles that will blow your mind.

Our first 20 or so releases are now LIVE at our new and updated website.

Those of you who don't like to download digital product can vote on each product page for a physical cd release so we can gauge what kind of interest there is in doing a cd pressing.

Sound samples are all over the place so please , spend some time on our site and let us know what you think.

THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE and FOR YOUR SUPPORT. We can't continue to release obscure 80s treasures without your help.

  6. Setting up this new website is like doing a freakin mini-Amazon. It's extremely difficult and painstakingly time-consuming but I am told we will be ready to launch this weekend. I always hate delays but if it isn't done right the first time it could create the buyers a lot of problems that we cannot afford.

We appreciate your patience. There are some FANTASTIC releases coming out of this camp over the next few months....

  7. We have a little delay going on for sure. It's a crap-load of work to get this many releases out in digital form. It is important to note that SOME of our new releases WILL be released as hard copy cd's but we are trying the digital form first and then see how much demand there is for a cd issue.

I do agree that most of OUR generation want a hard copy , so call it "testing the waters".

I am really overwhelmed by the amount of new releases we have lined up. Not only is there some fantastic stuff here but the investment would be huge to release them ALL on cd. But we must soldier on!
