  1. Wow mate, interesting list there, to say the least. Is that everything you heard from the whole year?

Thanks Geoff. Your lists are very cool and complete. I take a look to them before doing my favorites of 1989 and 1996.

Well the 24 I've listed above, I have listened to them carefully. I've forgotten about Angra -The secret garden, I saw them live and take a picture with Felipe.

Like Fat Freddy I must listen to W.a.s.p ,Armored saint and also Stryper (I don't like " pride" very much).

Now I'm listening Degreed, very cool stuff (many people here love them, I think they could be the "winners" ).

I've tried Care of the night, good but lighter than what I am used to, like Cats in space and Toto.

I saw you like Issa, she looks good(for my taste) and she is very kind , I've meet her at Frontiers fest, but I'm not a fan of her voice.

  3. Well after the list of 1989, that was very hard to do ( I forgotten some masterpieces, there were so many great albums) 1996 is so much easier.

That time I was so dissapointed by hard rock bands who try to sound alternative or heavier (warrant, skid row,pk69,motley).

So I start to listen to power metal band, nowadays this genre now don 't do much for me ( I have not yet listen to the whole new Helloween cd,)

I found very hard to put toghether seventeen titles, The 90s were maybe the best time of my life, but the music was not good at all, especially if compared to the 80s.

  4. Thanks Geoff. About Royal air force, They were from Milan (Italy). They made one ep and two long play. "Fasten your seat belts"(1998) is good, but my favorite is "Leading the riot"(1989).

In Italy and in French they were known by the metal heads.

Leading the riot was produced by Gene Allen (Lyzzy Borden). A few tracks are in the vein of Dokken (trun me on,Age of the rage, coming in) , some sound Heavier,

    Sorry for my terrible English.

    Those are the songs
