  1. Some bands really should call it a day, grow old gracefully and not bother - This being one fine example. Just stop it now.

That quote is Copyrighted - fuck off and get your own ;)

Yeah, I think we have a sore loser on our hands. ;) Poor widdle eyesy wisey. :(

As for Stage Dolls I agree with Tim that 'Get a life' was a little patchy, but my word did the good songs hit home. Some real gems on that one. I also agree their entire discography is patchy too, but the s/t disc is amazing and they always had enough good songs to make each album well worthwhile. A band I always had a soft spot for.

LOL....I knew it...I told you guys he would.Actually son...thanks to you I win a few cd's as long they pay up.Thanks!

    I told you.....lololololol!!!!!!!!!!!Good stuff!!

Obviously a sad Little Ceasar fanboy then!! HAHA

No...not at all.Just thought this was the standard quote for for someone who didn't care for a band and wanted to add their 2 cents.

  3. From Melodic Rock...........

LITTLE CAESAR COMPLETE NEW STUDIO ALBUM:

A brand new Little Caesar CD has been completed and the band are currently considering release options. The track listing will be: 1) Same Old Story 2) Supersonic 3) Loving You Is Killing Me 4) Witness Stand 5) Redemption 6) Sick And Tired 7) Real Rock Drive 8) That Was Yesterday 9) Every Picture Tells A Story/Happy 10) Just Like A Woman.

States the band's frontman Ron Young: "We are currently deciding how we want to release the record. We have been offered a few deals in Europe and we are just starting to play the record for US distributors. We will probably opt to release through a label in Europe and self release it digitally in the US with hard sales available through our website and/or blogspot (which we are in the process of updating in preparation for release). The record will be available through Itunes, Rhapsody, Napster, etc in conjunction with a Widget app called Necodo player/store that will be imbedded on MySpace, Facebook and the blogspot. The album was self produced with Robin Holden who Engineered as well. The first single will be Same Old Story and we are currently preparing a video shoot for. Touring will be determined by the interest in the album with definite appearances in the Southwest through Texas to start."

I can't wait for this one........... :headbanger:

  4. :agree:

This just gets better and better with each spin, especially the second half. Those who say there are no songs on here really need their ears testing. Some of the riffs on here are fucking amazing aswell and Satriani really smokes throughout. I was just talking to Matt about this (and I am sure he won't mind me saying this) and he said he isn't going to touch this as it is just a project record and has no heart to it. I said to him, don't judge an album before you hear it, just because some say it isn't great. This album just has such a great vibe and groove going on throughout, and all the guys play like they are having a fucking party - it sure comes across that way anyway. Anyways, a brilliant disc and one I keep hitting the repeat button on as soon as it finishes.

    Backed on all counts.

And if you want to see a party check out their new video for "Oh Yeah".

    :agree:

Just keeps getting better and better.People are really missing out if they don't give this a go!!

  5. According to Michaels' spokeswoman, the rock singer had X-rays taken after getting clocked in the head by a descending set piece at Sunday's Radio City Music Hall ceremony.

Publicist Joann Mignano says Michaels, who performed with his 1980s hair-metal band Poison, fractured his nose and had to get three stitches in his lip. She says he was getting a CAT scan on Monday as a precaution, as he's had a past neck injury.

Being that it was on Broadway.....shouldn't that be a "CAT'S scan"........... :bananamac:

By the way......Pour me another drink!!

Just a great Rock-N-Roll release. Anyone else grab this one yet?

For those who have bought this one... what was it that made you buy it? Just curious. :headbanger:

I actually bought this because of the sticker on the disc and this thread and I heard "Lets Rock N Roll" on one of my didgital music stations on my cable.I can't remember exactly what the sticker said but it had something to do with AC/DC riffs with a modern touch and something about old school rock n roll.I know those were not the exact words but it was enough to stir my interest....and I am glad I grabbed it
