Club Dread with Bill Paxton cracks me up. Dont think it's much of a horror movie but felt like it should be mentioned

I have been reading the Vampire Chronicles of Anne Rice. I got up to Blood and Gold before I got bored with them. So I switched over to Kiss Hotter Then Hell

Is this a remake of the old one?
It's not related to the Sammi Curr movie. I did hear a while back that one suppose to be remade too.

I saw this trailer a couple times and am really looking forward to this movie.
Yeah me to and I just saw last night for the first time and it made me go "hell yeah" so hopefully it don't suck to bad like most newer horror movies.
It looks like it might have some cheesy elements to it but I hope it's not too much. Either way I'll watch any horror and it doesnt take much to make me happy

Re-animator is the funniest horror movies over all time.

"Scarecrows" - a late 80s horror flick about a gang of bank robbers who parachute from their escape plane, only to land smack in the midst of an isolated graveyard that is patrolled by killer scarecrows. Dumb but fun hack-fest.
I used to love that movie. I forgot all about it
I found it on DVD at the dollar store (!) a couple of weeks ago. It's on a double feature DVD paired with some 70s zombie cheese called "Garden of the Dead." Not bad for a buck eh? The only complaint I had was that "Scarecrows" was obviously dubbed from a poor quality print cuz the picture is kinda dark and choppy. Still a kick-ass movie tho.
I checked a couple Dollar stores around me, all they had was crap.

"See No Evil"
-- gory nonsense starring WWE wrestler "Kane" as a hulking psycho killer carving up the usual assortment of stock slasher-movie idiot characters in an abandoned hotel.
Watched that last night along with Wrong Turn 2 on the Scyfy channel

This new Freddy is just lame. Robert Englund was scarier even without his mask...

Watched a soon to be classic Halloween time of year movie called Trick R' Treat. (Not the Sammi Curry film from the 80's) This film came out-ish in 2007 and it is real good. If you like those Tales From The Crypt/Creepshow styled movies than this is for you.
I saw the trailer for this and thought it looked pretty good
