  1. Hey

This is a response to SwedishSteel's question about the metal band Shadowkeep. The latest CD I was talking about is called 'A Chaos Theory' which came out I think last year. Probably my favorite pure HM CD of 2002.

Very like early Queensryche with updated sound! Awesome!

PS: today I am listening to Sign Of 4 which has Phil Mogg from UFO singing on it and a great guitar player named Jeff Kollman. Has anyone heard this talented guy? He was also on a Mogg Way CD.

  2. Hey

This week in the car I'm playing all sorts of CDs: the new Michelle Branch, Shadowkeep's latest one, Angel 'Live Without A Net', FM 'Only The Strong', a CD by a band called Neve and a borrowed CD of the new Metallica, which I don't like very much. I also got in the mail a new CD by Grand Illusion which I haven't heard yet.

  3. Some cool choices. I've never heard 'Firesign' by Skid Row - I don't have the 'Subhuman' CD - have to check that one out. Some of my favorite memorable choruses include:

Touch - Don't You Know What Love Is

    White Sister - Walk Away

Van Halen - Love Walks In

    Legs Diamond - Fugitive

    Y&T - Midnight In Tokyo

    Angel - L.A. Lady

Angel - You Can't Buy Love

    Slaughter - Real Love

    Kiss - Sure Know Something

Skid Row - Can't Stand The Heartache

Blvd - In The Twilight <<I think that's the title

that's just a few of about a million more

  4. Hey

What do you think are some of the catchiest choruses of all time? These are what really make a song memorable. Occasionally its a riff or a cool guitar solo but a catchy chorus does it for me. There are probably a million of them...
