    Hey Jarred,

     

    I wouldn't worry about this assclown, although I recently reported Arwine's new ID and it's still active.

     

    I had psycho like this once bid on a John Schneider cd, yep! a country cd from Luke Duke of the Dukes Of Hazzard. To say the least the bidder was an obsessive John Schneider fan. After 1 month, over 30 e-mails from her asking me to be her friend and telling me I'm cool, she never paid, so I reported her and left her a neg. She turned around and left me one as well, she called me an idiot or something of the sort in the feedback. I wrote to Ebay and said the feedback was not constructive and had nothing to do with transaction.

     

    I saw what this loser left you for feedback and trust me YOU SUCK!!! has nothing to do with the transaction and is a vulgar and unecessary comment. I'd write to Ebay and tell them about the feedback you received and how it is unfair, unwarranted and is simply a personal attack. I bet you it will get removed as will this newby.

    Thanks for the kind words & advice dave. I sent them an e-mail and I guess we'll see what they do. I work very hard to keep my feedback right and this assclown just left me 6 negative feedbacks of YOU SUCK!!!.

     

    Anyone have any idea why someone would do this? The account has been open but not used since the middle of 2006 & he waits for me to use it in a bad way? I just don't get it...

    As i said i am doing them as i can, i am in the process of checking on the whole loan thing this morning to take care of all the rest. It is all i can do, but i am trying here.

     

     

    I do have a refund pending. :)

     

    and that is the magic word. This process normally takes 3-5 days for it to go through but could be another deploy factor in quieting/relieving the ones who are trying to receive a refund. Maybe i'm wrong? Won't know until the deadline comes around.

     

     

    Well i have only received a partial refund of $23. I am still waiting for the other $140, but only time will tell if and when i will see it. I know there are others that have it alot worse, and i hope that everyone involved can salvage something out of this whole mess. I know i have learned my lesson, but i do feel like a dumbass for falling for this scam in the first place.

    I received the following bit of advice:

     

    Since this involves interstate crime, it's a matter for the FBI. Anything that crosses state lines is a matter for the feds. I'd start with Internet Crime Complaint Center which is partnership between the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center. You should also contact the attorney general's office in the state where you or another victim resides. The state office should coordinate with the feds and other state AGs.

    Just did a search and this guy from Peru (registrateyanow) has sold 3 White eagle - Bustin ass cds all in a 4 day period for the rediculous amount of $35 & $36. To make things worse, he kept the winning bidder's ID private so we couldn't warn them of the bootlegs/cdrs.

    Action is already be taken on the Hurricane cd's.......Any that show up on Ebay will soon be shut down.......We already know the source behind these cheap imitations and legal action is pending......Jay actually got wind of this before any of the rest of us did......So all we ask is for people to be patient and not buy these as the real thing will be out very very soon......

    I once had a fucktard that tried that shit with me. I forwarded the nasty email and his user id to ebay, and he was NLARU'd soon after.

     

    IS, have you tried this yet? Sounds like a good idea to me.

     

    I was thinking about it but it all starts with ebay. Until they come up with a solution on how to stop someone from creating a new user name after they've been NLARU'd...what's the point.

    I must admit I've been out of the buying loop for a while, so unless it's someone I recognize from here, I have no idea who I'm buying from! :anon:

     

    There's a seller on Ebay from Basingstoke UK with two different seller ID's -"sellingonadrenaline" and "nitromusic". I'm looking at the Talisman "7" disc. But for $4.97 & 7.99 shipping? One of the negative comments was that the buyer thought he got a Russian boot, so I'm skeptical. Any thoughts/comments? Thanks gang! :drink:

    To make a long story short. On Dec 23rd this guy won a cd and immediately emails me saying he's having problems with his CC through paypal and will pay me shortly. After the 10th day, i sent him a non paying bidder alert. On Jan 11th, he sends an email says and will pay me on the following monday cause he's still having problems with the CC but in the meantime he ask me to remove the alert which i did. (i know, i goofed :anon: ) He lives in Mexico so i only accept Paypal for international bidders. On Jan 16th he asks me if i accept any other payment. I said if he had a checking account, he can still go through paypal using echeck. He then replies on the same day that he'll use his friends account to pay in 5 days. Well, those 5 days came and gone and i waited even longer until my patience ran out so i issued negative feedback to his perfect 100% positive score. After the negative, he sends me a personal message which is below and then issues me a retaliatory negative. MY 1ST Woohoo!

     

     

    firs of all, i explein you why i don't pay you, but that's past.

    in the last purchase, if you remember the dare cd "out of silence" the shipping was shit it takes a month and 3 days, and i say no problem positive feedback.
