  1. Gutfeld can be tiresome, but he is #1 in Late Night, beating out all those non-funny wacko libs, including Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert.  The Fetterman clip is the most cringeworthy thing I have watched in a LONG time.  And Biden?  Well, Biden is Biden.

What is disturbing to me is the extent to which the mainstream media and the current administration will misrepresent things to suit their agenda. I'm sure by now you've seen headlines regarding the "Don't Say Gay" bill recently signed into law by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. The problem?... nowhere in the legislation does it ever mention "gay" or even homosexuality for that matter.

What the law states (I read it) is that it prevents curriculums addressing sexuality and gender issues... in grades K through 3.

Read that again. That's ages 5 through 8.

And this is being portrayed by the Left as a bad thing. Let that sink in for a second. In what world would it ever be appropriate for school teachers to instruct children of that age in sexual matters? Traditional "sex ed" isn't even offered in schools until grade 6. So why is the left apoplectic that they cannot instruct 5-8 year old children, 3 years younger than that (at minimum) on sexual preferences?

At that age (and some might argue older), issues of sexuality should solely be the purview of parents, not agents of the state (which is what teachers are).

What the law further states is that parents have the right to be informed as to what is contained in the curricula being taught to their children. Again, how is this a bad thing? What is trying to be hidden here?

Yet somehow the popular media narrative is that this is an homophobic, transphobic law. How?

The White House has come out making statements that it is adamantly against the "hateful" legislation. In fact, they go further, with an entire roster of pro-transgender issues. Read through them (remembering that we're talking about 0.x percent of the population here):

    https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/03/31/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-advances-equality-and-visibility-for-transgender-americans/

What is disturbing to me is the support for transgender surgical and hormonal treatments... for children. This is a new thing over the last decade, and it is fucking insane.

The term "transgender children" (used several times in the above link) is inherently wrong.

Children are highly impressionable, not to mention that being uncertain about all aspects of life is part of the maturation process, which includes issues of gender, sexual identity, and sexual preference. All of these things evolve and change over the course of maturation and puberty. Allowing irreversible surgeries and treatments on prepubescent children in my opinion is tantamount to child abuse. It shouldn't be allowed. Now when you are no longer a minor and can legally make decisions for yourself, then knock yourself out.

Put 5-year-old Bobby in a dress and have him play with dolls and ooh and ahh over him giving him positive attention and reinforcement all the time, while providing negative feedback when he plays with trucks or wears pants, and OF COURSE he's going to gravitate towards the behavior that results in the positive attention. That doesn't mean he wants to be a girl. Irreversible changes at this stage of life is the very definition of insanity.

    We're going off the rails.

Väsby's prides H.E.A.T which with warm hand managed the 80s heavy rock sound and brought it into the 2000s, releases what will undoubtedly be the soundtrack of the summer. The album "Force Majeure", the band's seventh, will be released via earMUSIC / Playground Music Sweden August 5, 2022.

The title "Force Majeure" plays on "events outside human control" and we can all agree that this is how it has been felt for the last two years, pandemic, lockdown and a life limited to sitting at home. This has only spiked H.E.A.T a little extra as they now get ready to release this new record, and welcome their (new)old singer Kenny Leckremo back on the lead.

Today, the first single "Nationwide" is released that testifies to a band full of cultivated energy that easily unites classic hard rock with 2022 and which has succeeded a generation of hard rockers with their optimism, energy and fantastic songs.

From the cover, to the video, to the music, it is understood that a lot of work, power and thought have gone into achieving the perfect balance.

The band has since made its self-titled debut album and the great success of "1000 Miles" go from clarity to clarity, and is continuously receiving great reviews from the collected international rock press. They have also been touring diligently, both in Europe and Japan.

H.E.A.T is going on a tour in April and will of course also perform one or a couple of the songs from the upcoming album.

"Force Majeure" will be released August 5 on CD, LP, LP in yellow vinyl and digital.

    Tracklist:

    3. Tainted Blood

     Co-written by Erik Martensson, obviously…

I recall nearly everyone hating 'Build the Love' when that single dropped. "The song doesn't go anywhere," they whined.

I'm glad to see someone, apart from me, appreciated it.

Ya, I love the song…Riptide is my fav off that disc, though…
