  1. The last CD I bought from him on Ebay was not to be sold outside of Russia, CIS or the Baltic States. If this isn't legit, than what I got wasn't the real thing.  The music is the same, but as a collector it cheapens its worth. Like buying a fake "Rolex", it's nice but you can't brag about it or show it off.

Ehehe, just for a laugh, here's a nice story..

a friend of mine - here in Portugal - also got one of those Russian cds, from the same seller, the cd was Quireboys "well oiled" - he was real happy about it, since he was thinking he got a real collectors edition, a russian-only cd released not available elsewhere (that was his impression after looking at the small print) :)

so... it all depends on how you look at it ? (lol)

  2. Thanks Burt, you rock!!! :):drink:

Here's some info that may help you track the SOULSEEKER CD.  I've had this cd for a long time and so do some of the top collectors.  It's great you're discovering it now.  The main man in the band is ERICH HEADRICK.  This indie was released in 1995 in MD.  It's a tough one to track but I've seen it on Ebay in the past.  No bids too!  ERICH is a member of Ebay and can be contacted though his Ebay name called themusicplan

His website offers other e-mail addresses, phone numbers and even has MP3s of all the songs all the CD.  His website is: http://www.ioffer.com/users/themusicplan

There's a phone number too: 831-477-1234, e-mail is info@themusicplan.com (try his Ebay one too)

He's in the Santa Cruz area these days.  Other band member names are Scott Payne, Johnny Nitro and Noel Williams.  With a little Google searching you'll find these guys and maybe a cd like some others.  Metalmayhem is in discussion for a reissue and it looks good.  Hope this helps.  It's a great CD that all should be able to get someday soon!

  3. To celebrate exactly 6 years of eBay selling under the names Soldier Under Command (only you seasoned vets will remember that one!!) and KISS MY DISC, our Canadian division is cutting the ribbon today (March 12) on our brand new store. Loaded up with tons of rarities from Japan as well as obscure indies from around the world, the selection will blow you away just like we're blowin' away the six shiny lit candles on our birthday cake!

Have a look tonight at 5:00 EST March 12!

I wasn't throwing stones. It was more of a joke than anything. Hell, I saw where they sold the Keel - Right To Rock Japan cd for $275 so more power to them. My prices, I thought were fair depending on what cd it was. As I said before when I put my cd's in the store I had no real intensions of selling them because they are from my persoanl collection. However if someone wanted to pay those prices, then I would sell them and take a chance of finding them later. I might add that I did sell some very good cd's and make some money at the same time. Here's a few examples.......

Shotz - S/T Before the market got flooded with them went for $150

St. warren - Honest Planet went for $150

Child's Play - Long Way which I regret selling because I can't find it now went for $200

I could keep going but the truth is that there are people who will buy these cd's at these prices. More power to them also......... :D

Well, shame on you for selling the Childs play ... you joker :)

Flame - st, i'm more of a Blaze fan - but "if you had a heart" just blows me away

Hey Paulo! I actually dig the S/T vs. Blaze. Much cleaner songs but the same smooth vocals and better production. O.K. its glossier than Blaze but the songs seam to flow better. I do enjoy Blaze however. Very good band. Electroglide is my favorite cut along with Don't Look Down a close second. Cheers!

Well.......y'all done did it. Made me pull out my Flame and see if I could spark a memory.....

I listened to Blaze all day :color_: , and yeah, i really like it better, although the s/t roxx too, OMG - what a band :D

    Changed to Lazarus - Bombz away/miss b heaven (2xcd) now - i think i hear a little flame here too ? erm... ok ... :) - anyway, good stuff! :)
