I don't know why people believe that this is Sweet Sister Sam. I have seen in real life a cassette of this demo and it writes Heir Apparent on it. Besides, Terry Gorle, the guitar player on both their albums claims that he sued them and stopped them because they were using the Heir Apparent name while he alone had the copyrights...

hahaha guys, it's sooooo ridiculous. Guess what i received today? The 1st and 2nd 101 south albums... but of course NOT the remastered versions because these are never going to exist... The old ones from MTM and Atenzia records, that can be purchased at any online store for $5 max...

I think i'll give up, i sent a last email asking for a refund but i'm not going to waste any more of my time...

70s rock means very little to me, although i've given it more than one tries.

I like very selective releases and these are the classics albums from Scorpions, Rush, Rainbow, Thin Lizzy etc that set the foundations for 80s music

hey, i received it today. I didn't bother playing the cd or even looking at the booklet. I will send another email asking for a refund although i don't think i'll ever receive it...

i think that a good strategy is to never open the cd. Keep pressing for a refund and if they say that they sent you the cd instead, just send it back. But it seems that they do not even respond anymore...

so Mac returns so soon after his announcement that he'll stop singing and he's tired of living off his girlfriend's efforts... and now returns with such a failed project... What a shame!

i finally asked for a refund. My thoughts are that if i wait for the cds and even if he sends them, some of my $40 will be profit for him. I don't want him to make a single buck off my money, so i'm taking them back. Besides, i'm pretty sure that his new cds, if they ever reach the stores, will be available for less pretty soon. So i'm just giving him the finger.

i received the email from Scott Cup (i think it was him) offering a refund or the CDs. I chose to wait too, but i really think that the CDs don't exist. (i'm talking about the reissues of the first 2 albums). Besides, he gave a new excuse for this situation: we don't have the CDs because it took them time to get from Europe to US and then back to Europe (??!!). I would really like to have the CDs but i don't think that will ever happen and i'm thinking of asking a refund. What will the rest of you guys do?

very well said everyone, i have heard all kind of lies from him the past few months plus lots of whine like "19 out of 20 people are downloading my albums".

And yeah, in return he's ripping off the 1 out of 20 that chooses to purchase his music. I'm losing hope that i'll ever receive cds or a refund... (i still prefer to receive the cds though...) but this situation is just ridiculous...

it's time R.S Craig brought back Harlan Cage, too. He promised to do so months ago (actually he promised a new Fortune cd as well).

101 south is cool, but i miss L.A Greene's voice and some songs are sooo Harlan Cage that it's just wrong having some other dude singing them.

i really love instrumental, guitar-oriented music. The guitar can do the singing if it's played properly. From my experience i see that people that aren't musicians tend not to appreciate instrumental music.
