I hate the fact that I love "Shake Your Soul". I was never into the melodic stuff but this album is pretty damn awesome. I listen to it to this day.

I never cared for it back in the day but have rediscovered it recently and think it kicks ass.

Very interesting that there were zero 'no' votes. Even the Beatles couldn't accomplish that I bet.

um , I think it was perfectly clear that he was selling re-issues as they were stated as such in his auctions.  If anyone couldn't figure that out then , um , maybe you should go back to school and not buy stuff off eBay.

Maybe I'm naive but there are non-bootleg re-issues right? Suppose he re-issues something like Vinnie Vincent Invasion's "All Systems Go" which was alreday re-issued.

Like I said, maybe I'm just naive, but I always assumed re-issued meant re-issued by the record label.

Not that I'm against it...but I'm not sure I would know I was getting a bootleg just because it said "re-issue".

That may be why he insisted I send it registered mail.

From everything I've heard about him and the communications it seems as if he's legit. Just one of those things I guess.

AC/DC immediately came to mind but I think that may be kind of a copout since they never really left. In that case, I'll probably say Aerosmith.

Does the Manila have anything to do with the Philippines???

I don't have too many rare cds. The one prize I have I guess is the Honor Among Thieves "Grow" cd. These guys eventually became SR-71 and several of the songs on this album made their debut album.

Let me be clear. I'm not saying Criss did anything wrong here. But since it's costing me $15 to mail the cds again and I never received mine I just don't want to take any chances. Mailing them again would mean I've spent $30 in postage fees, plus lost the 2 original cds.

Hey all. I made an agreement with a fellow in Brazil to trade 2 original cds for 7 bootleg CDRs. These are pretty rare bootlegs that I was really excited about. He told me to make sure to mail registered mail because that's the only way he could receive it and he would do the same. Even though I have some hesitations about trading with folks in South America I agreed. So we both mailed the cds on Aug 22nd. It cost me $15.15 to mail them.

Anways, I still haven't received the cds from him even though he supposedly mailed them the same day. He has been in constant contact via email. In the meantime, on Saturday I received my cds returned to me because of an invalid address. It turns out I'm an idiot and didn't put the complete address on the envelope. I let him know that I received them back and he encouraged me to resend and that if I didn't get mine soon he would reburn and resend as well.

So my question is....do I bother resending? Should I trust this guy?
