  1. Yes, I like his style. And I may make alot of enemies with this one, but I would rather listen and watch Bonamassa than Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Though his style is blues, I just recently saw Bonamassa's name in a poll for favorite shredder.

you make only enemies with people who dont accept the truth...bonamassa has a weird touch to his playin wich i love more than the tradicional thing stevie has...stevie great but bonamassa has a wider range and it includes a lot more rock without losin his pure blues feel..i agree is what im sayin...

  2. Reg, Reg, Reg!

You don't even have 100 posts yet and already your starting the mud slinging.. Haven't you learned from Sleazeroxx or Metal Blast?

You don't like Anvil, we get it, but a lot of people here do (Including myself). I must warn you, The moderaters here are not as tolerant as Skid.

Just giving you a heads up..

no mud slinging at all and i called those guys friends.....as far as anvil goes i dont feel like i said anything offensive but ill respect that i should not talk bad about a band in a thread created for them

  3. I saw Anvil on that metal show they played some tunes and....i was not impressed at all..terrible solos

That must of been when they did the hour special to promote the movie about a year and a half ago and they played Metal on Metal and Mothra from the Classic Metal on Metal album. If you didn't like those tunes than you sure you won't like anything else Anvil has done.

your right i think they suck.....

  4. Very good disc! I can't understand all the animosity towards it. So what that Jani Lane isn't in it? Robert Mason's a great singer and the whole CD contains great rock songs.

your overly positive attitude is what got you in trouble in the first place, the wedggies you endured are for that reason.....this aint sesame street friend...........

Yes and this isn't the lunatic asylum where you belong.

  7. I get what your sayin friend....but it dont make it right....Its like megadeth kickin Dave out and continuing as megadeth....ridiculous...

that's a very wrong analogy, friend

Megadeth was Mustaine's band, but Warrant isn't Jani Lane's band.

Warrant was started by Erik Turner and Jani isn't their original singer. He joined up, along with drummer Steven Sweet in 1986, two years after the band's formation. Jani's former band was called Plain Jane, and at that time, he recorded several demos, including their hit, "Heaven", which later was made into Warrant's debut.

but because Jani plays an indispensable role in Warrant as their leading songwriter, it's like automatically he's the mainman and owner of the band, but he's not, so to back Geoff's wording, yeah they have every right to continue this as a band, and they didn't fire Jani for nothing. It's Jani that so fucked up that the band was forced to continue without him.

It may technically be Erik Turner's band, but the fact that he spent his whole career playing Jani Lane's songs speaks volumes...

Yes, Jani is a screw up and needs to get his shit together...yes, there can be a Warrant without him (as I think Mason is proving)...but just because Lane didn't start Warrant doesn't mean he wasn't the leader. When he got fired Turner just took his band back.

    EXACTELY MY POINT,THANK YOU FRIEND..
