I was listening to this online AOR station and I heard this song that goes:
"need your love, can't you see girl. *something something* need you so much I can't sleep another night alone"
It was really good and had a lot of keys. Does anyone know the title of this song and who does it? Searched lyrics with no luck.

Good morning, Eric Brittingham. Late to bed, late to rise makes one healthy, wealthy and wise. Man, am I such a night owl!
-
Good afternoon Eric Brittingham. The book "Chicken Soup for the Vegan Soul" is nonexistent due to the fact that vegans don't eat chicken!

I drink a lot of Diet A&W Rootbeer and Sprite as well. I'm also a big fan of Cranberry juice. Sorry, but I don't drink anything with alcohol in it.

......Rafo Phoenix reviews an album and does this:
 *Insert name of killer song here* *Insert some other excellent song here* *Insert name of awesome song here*
For some reason, I find that quirk hilarious! I love it!

Ranch in the morning
Ranch in the evening
Ranch at supper time
When ranch is on a bagel, you can eat ranch anytime!
Duke Onklet is under attack by the evil forces of RANCH, I'm going to Gamelon to aide him!
I'll take the triforce of RANCH to protect me!

I love some songs by Urgent and Under Fire.
BTW, where's Ultranite?

Can't remember. Maybe it was "I Heart Huckabees". Anyway, I love that movie. So philosophical yet so funny at the same time!

Jean Beauvoir (Crown of Thorns) qualifies, I think. So does John Butcher Axis.
In the 80s, a few well-known R&B singers/groups did some AOR tunes (Lionel Richie's "Running with the Night", Kool & The Gang's "Misled" and Billy Ocean's "Loverboy" rocked reasonably hard).
Then there's Living Color, Mother's Finest, etc. who rocked through the color lines.
That's interesting. But then again, I didn't look at a picture of Crown Of Thorns until now. Heard "Motorcycle Loretta" on an AOR station. Pretty awesome song! *Is still an AOR n00b*

A bizarre thought just popped into my mind today. Are these any Black/African American AOR/Melodic Rock singers out there? I can't think of a single one.
-
"Strong On My Own" - Fingerprint. Probably my favorite of their 5 songs.
