Fucker bid on one of my items tonight and won it. I blocked Arwine as soon as I noticed it was him and he got pissed off and told me to sell to the next highest bidder. Good idea James, the best thing he's ever thought of. His new id is prncssrl He has been reported and should be NLARUed soon enough. He is using his new girlfriends name with the same old address.

 

I wrote a not so nice letter to Ebay about their lack of safety for sellers/buyers. I wonder if I'll get a response or the standard gibberish letter from them.

i would just like to say real quick that everyone of you people on here freakin rock!! i am so impressed with the dedication you guys have to our 80s music!! i have wanted to bid on ebay items for along time, but feared that there were alot of scams and 'trixters' out there. i am very glad to see you guys look out for each other on this site and i know without a doubt, if and when i get a few $$ to spend on some cd's, i will be asking alot of you guys on here directly,(as to what your ebay names are and who to buy from)..instead of taking chances on ebay and end up with an empty scratched jewel case. i would rather buy from you people on here so you make a few 'bones' instead of some goofbag who you cant trust.

I was on the phone with both ebay and PayPal today about a seperate isue and asked them both why they couldn't get something done about him, and both pretty much avoided the subject with telling me ways I can get him dealt with myself as they said they have no jurisdiction or something like that.

 

I asked PayPal, since he'd done so many chargebacks, why the hell they can continue giving him PayPal accounts to use... and they responded with... "Well.. if you were a victim of this or anyone you know was, then they can surely file a complaint with HIS local authorities and get it dealt with". I then told them... "Since PayPal has to cover the claims by many of these sellers, and reimburse them, you'd think YOU'D take some action?" This was followed by the run-around and then silence

 

I asked ebay the same thing about why he can continue getting accounts, and they also directed me towards filing a complaint with HIS local authorities, as it didn't directly involve them.......

 

I then asked... WELL.... considering he's committing the FRAUD on your website and ebay has to cover the relisting fees for all these sellers, I really DO think you're involved.... And their response, after a long pause.. "Well... in a way, you're right"

 

These people are complete idiots, but yet they have one of the biggest websites in the world?

I dont know about PayPal, but at least eBay do profit from Jamez so they wont deal with him. He runs havoc every other day on their site "buying" tons of items and generating them profit... and not every seller out there is clever enough to request FVF refunds afterwards, so eBay keeps ALL insertion fees AND a hefty portion of FVFs. Why to ban a person who helps them boosting sales and thus gaining profit? eBay are everything but not stupid I think.

Yep you got it, it's Arwine. He just won some cd's off Taki at Mellowdickmusic and Taki informed me that it's him. Taki also said he would report Mr. Arwine, so this name should toast pretty soon. He is still using his girlfriend's name Charlotte Jackson with his usual Red Lion PA address. This guy is a cancer on Ebay sellers and other buyers.
