Really anything from Earthshaker to Ten is the right answer and there isn't a wrong one in that mix IMO.

I'm currently playing Endangered Species and while it's not as good as the early releases it does have many great tunes like "Sail on By", "God Only Knows" and "Still Falling".

I like Endangered Species. I think it's much better than Musically Incorrect.

Both albums are phenomenal! The band can do no wrong!

I would say that there are parts of MI, ES and even Facemelter that are filler tunes. Those last 3 just aren't as consistent as the 81-90 era. Hell even much of the Unearthed discs could be actualy albums from that era.

Most of Unearthed are Ten Sessions but all pretty much the 80's. I'm still pissed they left off the song Candy from the Unearthed CDs.

I haven't heard that tune before. Yep most is from Ten but also Contagious and the Montrose sessions that were in between those albums.

Also some good stuff from the earlier 80's like "Make Believe" and "Give Me Rock" that I think were from the Black Tiger era.

Gotta go with Mean Streak -- one of my top rock albums of the '80s, actually. They had everything working right on that album: songs, playing, production, Meniketti's Roger-Daltrey-meets-Sammy-Hagar vocals -- I love it. I'd put Black Tiger second, because it precedes Mean Streak with a good preview of what was to come. I don't think they came close to making any better albums than those two. :P

Other than that don't ask me what there doing they did a little video of them signing contract and it doesn't include John 5 so he's not really part of Motley he's a hired gun..  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3iDklwv1PI&t=2s

    • Not much information on the video's page, other than it appears to be an AI creation. Once it gets into the verse and especially the chorus, it's actually not too bad IMO.
    • While I appreciate your interest in contributing to the site, most of the artists and albums you are submitting are either REALLLLLLY stretching the boundaries, or as in the case of this band, completely off the mark. No alternagrunge. No punk. No death metal/power metal (although those can be submitted to Brutal Metal). You can always start a thread asking about a particular artist before blindly submitting it for inclusion. Thanks! -Dan
