King Kong

 

Another brilliant movie by Peter Jackson. The story was true to the original, and the acting was top notch. Kong was portrayed beautifully. He showed alot of emotion (from laughing to snubbing Naomi Watts by looking away from her while she was juggling for him).

Running time is just shy over 3 hours. The first 40 minutes are a bit slow due to character introduction, but the rest of the movie flies by.

House of 1000 Corpses.

 

I really enjoyed it..kind of a freaky horror (directed by Rob Zombie). Also have the sequel (can't remember the name I think it's Devils Rejects) so I'm looking forward to watching that over the next few days.
