Sampler from the album 'Hot Mess' out December 22 through Lions Pride Music.

Nazty Gunz, the dynamic sleaze rock band hailing from Santiago de Chile, burst onto the music scene in August 2012, founded by the charismatic frontman and rhythm guitarist Nazty BlackRose (Diego Orellana). Initially formed with lead guitarist Nixx Crimson (Ignacio Ruiz), who departed shortly after but rejoined in 2015, Nazty Gunz quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the Latin American rock circuit.

Over their eleven-year career, Nazty Gunz has made significant strides, marked by their role as the session band for Phil Lewis of L.A. Guns during his visit to Santiago in 2014 and their electrifying performance in Lima, Peru, in 2015. The band's lineup has evolved over the years, with the return of Nixx Crimson in 2015, which coincided with the band's expanded international presence and the creation of their second demo. Despite Crimson's definitive departure in 2021, Nazty Gunz continued to thrive, showcasing their resilience and adaptability.

Nazty Gunz's discography began to take shape in 2018 with the release of their first official single, 'Back To The Same,' featuring drummer Jorg Drums (Jorge Briones). This release laid the foundation for their debut album, 'Sleaze 'N' Crazy,' produced by Jorg Drums and engineered by Cristian Rodriguez. Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, Nazty Gunz remained active, releasing the successful single 'I’m Not' in 2020 and the fan-favorite 'Old Love' in 2021.

The anticipation for their debut album reached its peak with the release of the promotional single 'Drive Me Crazy' in October 2022. On November 18, 2022, Nazty Gunz finally unleashed 'Sleaze 'N' Crazy,' marking a pivotal moment in their career. Their live performances further solidified their reputation, opening for Canadian rockers Skull Fist in early 2023 and Swedish rockers Hardcore Superstar later that year.

In May 2023, Nazty Gunz released their first music video for 'Drive Me Crazy,' which garnered widespread acclaim. Later that year, the band signed a global deal with Danish label Lions Pride Music, positioning themselves for even greater international success. Continuing their momentum, the band released their latest single, 'Midnight,' in June 2024, as they work on their highly anticipated second album, set for release in December 2024.

Nazty Gunz's sound is a potent blend of 80s and modern hard rock, glam sleaze, punk rock, and heavy metal, creating a unique and captivating sonic experience. With a lineup refined over years of evolution and a dedication to their craft, Nazty Gunz stands as a rising force in the global rock scene, ready to take their place on the world stage.

    • Just as a heads-up, FNAC (France) is blowing out the CD version for 72,99 euros: https://www.fnac.com/a17131710/Guns-N-Roses-Use-Your-Illusion-I-et-II-Edition-Limitee-Coffret-Super-Deluxe-CD-album For those in the USA, the shipping is reasonable. Removing the VAT and adding shipping made the total US$77.90 delivered. At that price, I figured it was worth a flyer. It just was delivered today via DHL, 7 days from placing order to delivery, in an oversized box with custom foam inserts to keep it from getting damaged in transit. The thing is fucking huge and heavy. At the original price, or even the current Amazon price of US$196, I would say HELL NO, but at this price, I think it's worth it.
    • I LOVE the callback to the debut in that artwork. Beautiful!
    • Glamfest is done. Couldn't make it financially viable. But their Facebook page promoted the potential tyketto tour. Not sure if they are handling the tour or just doing a nice thing. Time will tell. Didn't know The Used had been out before, missed that in the past. Hopefully I'll be around when they come out and can catch them.maybe they will support tyketto?
    • Is Glamfest meant to happen again? I’m assuming probably definitely not… well at least not same time as it was last couple of years. That’s a shame.    The Used used to come out all the time for stuff like Soundwave and Warped tour and stuff, if I recall correctly. Haven’t seen them for several years now, and they haven’t put out much music in that time either. Couple of good cuts on their latest album, though.
    • Tyketto returning to Australia. Also The Used coming out here. Both tours teased but not announced yet.
    • I watched the videos today... I dunno what to make of it. On one hand I don't think it's worth all the fuss, but I guess it gets a bit awkward due to the fact he is an actual vocal coach. Not a great look but I guess this is what happens these days. Just maybe not quite as common amongst vocal coaches, though...
    • I might try V4 again when I get credits again, but like I said above, also a bit keen to finish all the V3.5 stuff with V3.5. In saying that, though, I would be sad if V4 got good while I wasn't watching and did myself a disservice.  100% with you on that remaster wish. If they could accomplish that it would be dreamy. I still have so, so many results that are really cool, but I'm so down on the audio quality that I don't know what to do with them. Continually trying to cover them doesn't seem to work 99% of the time, plus you lose the end and have to recreate the entire end to the song.  Like you say, just to be able to keep everything about the song as it is, but get an awesome new remaster; it'd be perfect.  Haha, I was just thinking today I need to fix up my bandcamp page, lol. I put a band pic on there but wrote immediately underneath that it was just to create a vibe... but I haven't used it anywhere else and realised it wasn't an avenue I'll be pursuing.  Thanks! Yeah, I must admit that back when I was writing all those lyrics I always thought that one day I'd put the effort in, learn guitar and at least create some basic versions of those songs. That, of course, faded through the years, but this is the most ideal case scenario for someone in this position.  I still think most of my 200 tunes will probably remain unreleased, but I don't know. I go back and forth with it. Right now, just trying to sort through my 2001 songs and there's way more than one album from these sessions I'll want to release. If I could get the audio where I want it, possibly as many as three albums from just the 2001 sessions I'd be happy to release... but still all baby steps. Still several 2001 tracks I've not yet completed as I can't find them in my Library, lol. Even after cleaning it up a bit...  But yeah, I have always loved music a lot. I always said my three passions in life were photography, surfing and music but the music one always seemed a bit silly as it was just my love for listening to it, but it's awesome to finally get something tangible out of this love of mine too. I actually already miss writing new tunes while I'm trying to clear this whole backlog - cannot wait until I can just concentrate on the new stuff. I think some of my new songs from this year are actually pretty good - pretty "personal," though, which will be interesting to see how I handle when the time comes... Hmmm, tight. I thought I preferred #1 but back to back maybe the new one just edges it out, for me. I do like the chorus in V2 better. Two nice results, though.
