Wow, what an album. Must admit I wasn't expecting something as good as this is. Seems a pretty different sound to previous Palace albums, but in no way is it a bad thing. I love it. Interesting, unique lyrics throughout, very well written songs and basically nothing to fault. 'Westbound,' 'Living The Life' and the killer 'Cancel the flight' would be my early picks, but this thing is pretty awesome.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum on this one. Normally, I love Michael Palace's work, but this album seems disjointed AF. It's trying to be too many different things. I'll give it more listens and maybe it will grow on me, but initial impressions are "OK, but not great".

P.S. GTFO with that country music piece of shit song. Instant skip.
