Admirable efforts from Dokken and Bonfire. Great album from Def Leppard and even better from Pretty Maids. Westworld delivered a super impressive debut, but absolutely no mistaking the best of the bunch-

Steelhouse Lane, favourite song being 'Seven Seas.' 

Ratt missed out on a mention, but that album was half decent too.

Very hard to choose a favourite track, but I'll go with "All I Believe In".

Pretty Maids is also notable, as was Metalhead by Saxon as it is one of my least favourites in their entire catologue

Big leppard fan..and I listen a lot to Euphoria but they'd lost the IT factor by this time...
