Reminds me a bit of Skinny Puppy. I don't recall ever hearing this band though. But, I was only a very casual Rivet Head and not fully into the scene.

They werent that ahead of their time, I think Skinny Puppy basically invented the shit, them and that weird German band, cant think of their name, they were a little to out their for me, but I def loved the Puppy
