RIP Norm Macdonald

I didn't know this. He died a few days ago after a nine-year battle with cancer.

He was one of my favourite comedians.

I did actually hear this the other day and was very saddened to hear it. Really funny guy and seemed like a down to earth dude you'd be happy to hang with. I remember the days when he was a regular on Letterman and I always enjoyed his visits. Very sad. Rest in peace.

Stefan, nice post. MacDonald never got the fanfare, but within the inner circles of comedians, and writers, I understand he was very respected,. It's not easy delivering deadpan humor, it takes real skill to pull it off. RIP Norm.
