Very poor album with his vocals harder to listen to than ever. 'Two Hearts On The Run' is the only song I thought was kind of okay. The rest is a pass for me.

I feel like Toby has a great voice but oversings and gets paired up with songs that sound more like showtunes.  The result is always less than what he is capable of.
