WTF Wikipedia and NSFW (extreme nudity)

I was looking at a picture of Kris Jenner (couldn't remember what she looked like) and it of course mentioned her former husband Olympic hero Bruce Jenner, who is now Caitlyn Jenner after sex change.

For some reason, I clicked sex reassignment surgery link and it actually shows pictures of a former male who had the surgery and now has a vagina.  

Why? Why? Why? Do we need to see pictures of it?? So since I was subjected to such harmful content, I thought you all deserved it too. Sorry in advance.
