or we have 10 great tracks for you with no filler ;)

Well, that's the hope.

Every time I see only ten tracks I get a little worried. It's like, "There. We did the bare minimum." I dunno, that's always my initial thought.

I’m the opposite...when I see 14-15 tracks I’m thinking filler-ville! 10 like Glen said should be filler free.

well, the thought of this being filler free went out the door with the release of the last promo track, 'Night Drive' is the epitome of a filler track, imo

I think Night Drive is awesome sounds like an end of credits track from an 80’s James Bond movie. Sounds like LeBrock which is great to my ears.

I’ve loved all three tracks so far.

Took a while to get good, but I like the new song too. Apparently I liked the first two as well, so fingers crossed it's a good album.

As for number of tracks, I'll take 10 over more any day of the week, unless it's one of my absolute favourite bands in a groove where they can do no wrong. BFT are certainly not that, so 10 is good for me. Hope they nail them all.

I like LeBrock as well, but this song just doesn't do anything for me, maybe it'll grow on me after I listen to the full album a few times

Didn't realise anyone disliked Night Drive. It's the most Brother Firetribe has sounded like themselves in a while.

Like that,I feel this will be bit more of a laid back cd judging by the releases thus far...a summery type thing...just a bit late  :)

Not a clue, sorry. Looking over your timeline, I see other posts you made on Friday, but not any others in this thread.

If it happens again, or if anyone else sees their posts disappearing, please let me know and I'll escalate the issue.

For me, BF have gone downhill since Diamond in the Firepit. Don't get me wrong, still good but that album was amazing.

I still really like any of their new songs but my throat hurts everytime I hear their vocalist sing. He has no technique and live his voice doesn't sound that great anymore. On the new songs his voice sounds thin and overall he mostly sings pretty low notes.

Strange.

I made a post right after Aordave89 because the audiovideo didn't play. I posted the official lyric video for the new song and just now noticed the lyric video can't be found on Youtube anymore.

Now the original audiovideo plays just fine...

    • Overall a bit let down by this album Nothing that really makes me want to turn it up and blast loud, just an ok album full of ok to good songs.
    • Yep, agree. Came up in my YouTube feed today and I like it. Great clip as well. Need to explore this mand more, only been in and out of their stuff a few times. Seems a bit hit and miss, but with a lot of real gems along the way.
    • 'Tis indeed. Will be nice to have it all wrapped up in a sweet, sexy package. Except for the remixes...
    • The EP is the other singles they have released this year plus Heartbeats and a couple of remixes.
    • Jeez this dude seemed to be releasing music once a fortnight not too long ago, but it's been some space between, ay?  This is actually a surprisingly good, big catchy melodic rocker. Didn't expect it - nice stuff.
    • And in the most unsurprising news ever, it's awesome. Love it completely.  And is it mentioned elsewhere that this coincides with the release of a new EP called 'Hope?' https://lebrock.bandcamp.com/album/hope?from=fanpub_nfb
    • Album out March 31. From Lions Pride Music: Stellar Veil is a melodic hard rock band hailing from Athens, Greece. Formed in 2021 by members departing from the Melodic Hard Rock band Hideaway, the group sought to carve a niche that melded the heavier elements of hard rock with the melodic finesse of classic AOR. Their sound is described as heavier than traditional AOR yet more melodic than classic metal (Melodic Hard & Heavy), reflecting a unique blend of influences from the 80s hard rock and heavy metal era with a contemporary twist. Stellar Veil’s music captures the nostalgic essence of 80s hard rock and heavy metal, yet it is infused with a modern approach. Their compositions are characterized by soaring vocals, melodic guitar riffs, and dynamic keyboard arrangements, balanced with a heavier rock attitude. The band aims to offer listeners a blend of the old and new, bridging the gap between the timeless appeal of classic rock and the fresh sounds of contemporary hard rock. With their distinctive blend of melodic and hard-hitting sounds, Stellar Veil is carving out a unique identity in the world of hard rock. Their music is a testament to their passion for rock and their commitment to evolving as artists, making them a band to watch in the coming years.
