Sounds like my kinda thing. I'm gonna have to queue it up on the ol' Spotifies.

I posted a couple of tracks when I first joined and from memory I don't think you were impressed, but give them another go. It's good stuff with great performers.

I dunno if you noticed, but I was pretty stoopid.

Very Good thinking...save us all from racking our brains...and indeed ourselves  :)

I like the challenge, though.

You like Cats In Space so maybe give the Down 'n' Outz a go...3 albums released thus far...Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott's side project

Wow, thanks everyone.
Most of these came through after I left but I'll be sure to hit some up.

You listen to Wigelius? Also, Arion's first album, "Last of Us," was a fookin' stonker.

OK, so I listened to Wigelius (weird name) and I don't think I can do the vocals.
All I could hear was 'Kyle Troy' from the movie Ford Fairlane

The Arion one was goon on the first listen

Giant's first two albums are absolute classics. If you've never given them a chance, now's as good a time as any.

Gotthard: just putting this here as a precautionary measure. Tell me you're familiar with them already. If not, their catalogue up to 2009 is enough occupy the rest of the year.  Done them all, love them

Incura kinda reminds me a little of Shiraz Lane. They might be too weird, though.

Khymera is another solid band. I'd suggest starting with their latest album, "The Grand Design," as it's the least synthy.

And a few others. I'm guessing most of these you already know, but maybe something slipped through your radar:

Babylon A.D. Love thema nd also like Derek's solo stuff. Take The Dog Off The Chain is one of the most underrated songs ever

Blue Tears yep

Brighton Rock

Casanova yep

Charade

Crown of Thorns yep

Cruzh yep

Dynazty yep

Gorky Park - Moscow Calling

Great King Rat

Killer Dwarfs

KIX yep

Leverage

Lion

The Magnificent

Mariah

The Poodles yep

Pretty Boy yep

Red Dawn

ReVertigo

Revolution Saints yep

Shotgun Messiah yep

Sic Vikki yep

Steelheart yep

Sturm Und Drang

Thunder yep

Transit

Trixter yep

Von Groove yep

Wall of Silence

Waltham

Wild Lies

Wildness

Will look into some of the others

Or here's an idea, go over to the main site and look at our Top 5 lists from the last 20 years. ;)

Seriously, at least over the last 5 years, I've posted Youtube links of sample songs from each of the top 5 albums from Mike, Pete, Jez, Terry, and myself.

Here's the 2018 list to get you started:

https://heavyharmonies.com/cgi-bin/2018best.cgi

Yeah, I do that every year, thanks
Always pick up a few new bands.
