And Ten may have been a sure bet in recent years but Dan has publicly stated his acknowledgement for the pile of shit that the new Ten album is.

hmmm...quite the puzzle, I thought State of Salazar was correct based on Mike's earlier list but maybe it was Palace?  If so, then Ghost is not correct which would mean Dynazty is likely the other (with KD) correct answer from Glen's list.

State of Salazar was absolutely still in play when I posted my guesses. Look at my first post; two of them were right.

Through the various guesses and Dan's responses, CON had been confirmed in the top 5, and WET and Creye have been eliminated I believe. That means that either State of Slazar or Palace were correct from my list; I simply chose the wrong one to include in my new guesses (based on Dan's reply to Darkstone this morning). 

It looks like

I think you may be right about Dynazty. I also think that one of the top five hasn't been mentioned yet.

@ Mike. Good to hear Dallas will feature in your list. Killer songs... biggest shame of 2018 is that "production" job. 

So #4 hasn't been mentioned in the thread. All we need to do is find the best power metal or maybe prog type album for the year and we'll have it. I'll have a stab at it a little later on... if I remember.
