Kissin' and climbin' (and eatin' my own ears with Ecstasy...  ? ). But remember: what happens in Vega... well, you know. :cya:

1. W.E.T.

2. Maverick

3. Kissin' Dynamite

4. Shiraz Lane

5. No Sleep For Lucy

Minor swap.

1. W.E.T.

2. Kissin' Dynamite

3. Maverick

4. Shiraz Lane

5. No Sleep For Lucy

Listened Nitrate, Treat, Sapphire Eyes (like them but not for Top-5), and currently Creye (this one has potential).

don't get the appeal of Kissin Dynamite?? 3 or 4 good tracks but really flakes towards the end imo.

Well, as you probably know at first didn't like it too much but with each listening had more and more tracks remaining in my head. Now I like it from the start to the end; even the two bonus tracks are great, specially Wild Wind. Has really infecting tunes IMO.

In fact to be honest I'm listening this one far more than W.E.T. which rarely play by now.

I've gone right off JSS too. Too many fingers in too many pies. Oversaturated.

My top 2 sit like that also. Holding out until end of year to round it out, too many good albums still await.

My top 4 are the same albums, just different order (KD, Shiraz, Maverick, Wet).

Have to say though that Treat is pushing for the 4th spot....Really digging that album.

I'm hoping/expecting that Midnite City busts into my top 4 though.

I think the bigger issue, with regards to WET, is the other guy in the band who's even more oversaturated in ten times as many pies as JSS. ;)  I remember some handsome member of this forum was met with resistance when he correctly pointed out the new WET album wasn't much chop...

I love the new W.E.T.!  My #1 album of the year so far and don't see that changing.

I don't have an issue with the new WET. it's still in my top 5.

I am getting a bit tired of Mr Soto though.

Love his voice and he has every right to do whatever he wants, but he is all over the place and maybe spreading himself out too much.

Surprised JSS over saturation comments are alive in 2018 because he's been over-active for a long time, and if anything, I'd say that in this era the balance is a bit better. Those years when he was in Talisman, Takara, solo, Axel Rudy Pell etc all at the one time was definitely a bit of overkill, mostly because none of the projects were very good. ;)

it's worse now. You got solo, WET, Soto, Sons of Appollo, Trans Siberian, bloody cover songs......

Why record a Steve Perry cover song?

And he's forever on social media moaning about airlines and stuff.
