Monster game in about an hour for the AFC home field and all the bragging rights. The Pat's are 4 and 0 when dancing with Pitt so an upset is inevitable? Needless to say I will be watching. Glad Miami gave them a loss last week.

Seattle hosts the Rams to keep there playoff hopes alive and clinch their division. I'm sure we all have seen the game altering NON call in Jacksonville last week that gave those convicts the win.

Can't be stressed enough that it is hard enough to beat the opposing team let alone the officials.

They should get fined for non calls and the booth should drop a sky flag to make the right call (s).

Will Phillies reign end now that Carson is out for the year?

Some good stuff coming over the next few weeks as there are many teams "in the hunt".

The Rams are sodomizing the Chickenhawks as I type this. About as ugly as a game can get.

My Eagles won ugly today. Division games on the road are always tough, regardless of the records, and Foles showed himself as more than a capable "game manager" for his first game back, but MAN, that secondary. UGH!

If our defense plays like this in the playoffs, we will be one and done.

Still, a win is a win, and 1st round bye achieved. WIn 1 out of the last 2 and we get home field throughout.

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UNFUCKING BELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If someone doesn't start fining and firing these officials I am going to snap!

Take a field called touchdown AWAY even though the hand is PAINFULLY OBVIOUSLY under the ball moving or not!

Someone somewhere is going to have to come out and deep throat this fuck Kraft and the Cheatriots and end this fucking reign of complete bullshit!

FUUUUUUUUCK!

Ahh, the pain of a Steelers fan warms the cockles o' me heart!

Actually, when you get right down to it, the only team I would ever want to see the Patriots win against would be the Steelers.

:christmas:

Until Brady and Bellacheat retire the Patriots will always beat the Steelers. Or maybe in 2024 when that chump Goodell is sacked. Whichever comes first.

I will say it again on repeat for eternity the NFL officiating sucks harder than any vacuum, vortex or porn princess. There is no consistency and the fact that no one can challenge or change  anything is disgusting.

The players have no rights, privileges or even health care insurance and are fined and penalized at the whim and will of the officials and the league. Yet Goodell signs a whopping $50 million dollar contract, exclusive use of the NFL private jet and health care for his ENTIRE family for LIFE!

And the officials get to make horrific life altering/game changing calls or lack there of every single week without recourse. Simply stunning and so very stupid.

And now the Antonio Brown is out for maybe the season and could miss his chance at MVP, the first ever for a wide receiver...

Sigh.

There was a similar play (though not at the goal line) in the Ravens/Browns game today. Guy caught the ball and as he fell to the ground the ball touched the ground and slid under his hands. The ball clearly touched the ground and moved. Ravens challenged. Play was upheld as a catch.

Officiating is abysmal.

With that being said, I hate the Patriots and I hate the Steelers.

But tonight, I am glad Pittsburgh lost. :pickle:

I can accept a loss if it truly a loss of a better team beating the other. Take that Seahawks, no denying the Rams won.

But when it boils down to a bad call or many it makes it much harder to swallow.

Love or hate losing because of officiating should be :baneed:!

As a Browns "fan", I don't have much to contribute to this thread other than maybe DORSEY is the GM that will help the Browns not squander their top picks in the draft (by either trading them or not choosing a franchise QB).  Or maybe he'll just be the latest in a string of personnel that have continued to have their own vision that led the Browns astray.

However, I only had one FFB team this year.  The lack of a stud RB hurt me, but I managed to make the playoffs.  And in the quarterfinals, I actually had a fairly good week.  Good enough to squeak out a win and make it to a championship podium game, so I thought.  And then Carson Wentz went and continued to help Trey Burton a star (and get him his highest point value of the season, if not his career).  Oh, and the D player I selected based on Yahoo's projected score... managed to not play/do nothing.  (And then my D in the 5th place game did the same and I lost that game too.  Fuck Yahoo! not helping the lazy/time crunched among us.)

Good year for football as everyone will play through the final week to jockey for home field and even the wild card slots.

Pitt will have to play Ben and the starters for the first half at least depending on which way the game goes as the win for them will lock in a first round bye.

Fingers crossed the Jets can hand the Cheatriots a well deserved loss.

And the Hawks will need a win and a Falcon loss to sneak into a wildcard.

And Russ looks like the Ravonettes get a run this year.

Looks like a Rams Steeler super bowl this year...

Ravens shit the bed vs. the Bungles yesterday... and how. The Bills say "Thank you!". It's a good thing too, as that moronic failed Nathan Peterman experiment could very well have cost the Bills the playoffs.

Sadly, my Eagles are likely one and done, as Foles looks like a complete shit show compared to Wentz. It's also readily apparent that Wentz's performance covered over a lot of abominable playcalling from Pederson.

Apparently the Titans got a Christmas miracle a few weeks late. One hell of a second half comeback!

Has a quarterback ever thrown a touchdown pass to themselves before?

As for the Chefs: welcome to Andy Reid's world. I had to endure Reid's big-moment failures for far too many years.

Yes indeed, poor Alex Smith, he just can't catch a break... Of course some game altering officiating in this one as well but I digress and I certainly would never have put any $$$ on the Titans.

I did think Atlanta would win and they did of course.

As for Sunday, I despise the Jaguars almost as much as the Bengals so its the Bills for me. And as for Carolina and the Taints neither team will go further than a win tomorrow so who cares? If I had to pick I would go Taints.

Looks like there will be a battle of the birds in Philly next week, Falcons and Eagles are confirmed and I think even with Wentz the Falcons would win.

TBD- who goes to NE, Pittsburgh and Minnesota.
