*"Love Somebody" by Eli and "Radio" by Rock Candy" have about bloodied my ears. I can't turn the volume down on either. Not sure if my ears or the speakers will give first. I leave them on the repeat cycle many times a day. Killer is an understatement!

Glad to hear that Tim, I remember when you said you really didn't like Eli at all... Is some of the rest good too?

It has moments but some of it is just okay. You'd probably like it all based on your taste in music. I've about played "Love Somebody" 30 times a day for a week- LOL. Yeah, there are other good tunes but none I favor as well as that one. Has a very good George Lynch feel to it. Most of the album is like a dirtier Def Leppard (tinges of Dirty Rhythm and Cry Wolf), but that track has Pearcy-like vocals with the rest of Dokken backing it up. The drums, bass, and guitar kick ass!

It's not that I can't take the heat, it's really because I think it's DUMB. You're obviously one of those people who takes things all personal when someone disagrees on your musical taste (like KidRock, which I still think sucks)... I never once said anything about you when cutting KidRock, but now you're crying that I started shit? Whatever. I have never took it personal when people dislike or rag on my bands, which is what you did over me saying KidRock sucks... Go ahead, tell me that Noize Toys, Leatherwolf or Jillson sucks if it'll make you feel better to have the last word...

Just popped in Child's Play - Rat Race for the first time in a couple of years.

 

I still hate those two songs that the drummer sings.

 

I never liked his voice, and those songs as a whole are shit!

 

There are a bunch of others on there that a really good though, like...

Rat Race, My Bottle, Knock Me Out, Bang Bang, Wind, and Day After Night.

Tattoo-kings of the white trash neighborhood (rare 1993 release by the same band that released blood red, very good, and very hard to find, I got lucky and picked it up for $7)

 

Anxiety-fearless (this was better than I thought it would be, great buy at

$4)

 

AKA- dangerous addiction ( I really liked this one as well, good hard rock.)

There is only one CD stuck in my CD player at the moment. The new Pyn Siren. This CD rocks from beginning to end. The boys from Skid Row should have put this out as a follow up to Slave To The Grind. Simply awesome to hear this type of music released in 2003.
