I'm surprised you haven't heard of her Geoff. She was massive in the 80s. "Kids in America" ring a bell? This is her best track from then IMO. "Chequered Love" And yes, she was quite the looker. -

Hmm, I know there isn’t a whole lot coming out in December, but it seems just a tad early to be doing a year end list (imo anyway). With that said, I always find Brendon’s pick’s interesting, even though very few of them usually match up with my own. 🤔 -

For real! I don't own a turntable, and I'm conflicted over whether I should get one just for this one record. I'm hoping if they don't eventually also release it as a CD, then they'll at least put it on streaming services like they did with the demos on the 2013 CD. -

She had a big hit over here w/ that Supreme's song back in the 80's...and quite the looker back in the day...

Bit of a cringe-fest, just the way I like it; The media whirlwind around this release has been so massive too. Write-ups flowing in; “The way the band infuses killer hooks, with cringey lyrics and inconsistent audio quality across the album is a thing of true marvel!” - anonymous source, with a name that rhymes with Spaino. “The videos that accompany each song are stunning; the way in which they have absolutely zero reference or compatibility with the music. lol, he's making a bit of shambles of getting the story out. Might have been better just to tell it properly, in full. Little gripe I have, and a true crime YouTube channel I watch does it too... but calling criminals "gentlemen" just irritates me.
