So far City Fixx, Mona Lisa, and Wired are my pick of the lot. I haven't sampled the tracks on this page, though.

That Raised on the Radio I've heard before. Am I recalling this Ravyns version or did this song get re-recorded by someone else?

Excellent lil' fluffy diddy.

I think theirs was the only version recorded. You might have heard it on Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Sounds good. I hear Lynn Allen and Circus ('Stay for the ride') in their style.

    • Yeah, that's great stuff. I have all the "Pop Evil" albums and I like everything I've heard (Boss's Daughter is one of my favourite ever songs), but it's all about finding the time to get into them. You seem to be the resident "Pop Evil" expert, so hit me with five tracks that will blow me away!  BTW, I've posted this clip before and I think you may have as well  but it never gets old.
    • Here's two great, very iconic old school Aussie tracks that I have a connection with. My first job when leaving school at 16 was as a storeman for a stationery company. The other storeman was a guy named Robert "Huk" Treloar. He was a drummer and member of "Blackfeather" in 1978. This track from 1972 is their only hit. I remember him telling me, when they used to play clubs that this track was on the setlist about four times. He was also a member of "The Little Heroes" in 1982. That's actually him playing drums on the single. Again, as with Tommy Vucur from "Vanishing Point" who is a commercial painter that I work with now, it amazes me how these guys go back to being "normal people" and how hard it is to actually "make it" in the industry.
    • This one's for Cody. Another reason for Alisson Langdon's perfection.
    • yep that was a really good album but truth be told I would have preferred it as a full Degreed album - didn't really suit Ted's vocals for me
    • Took a while to get good, but I like the new song too. Apparently I liked the first two as well, so fingers crossed it's a good album.  As for number of tracks, I'll take 10 over more any day of the week, unless it's one of my absolute favourite bands in a groove where they can do no wrong. BFT are certainly not that, so 10 is good for me. Hope they nail them all.
    • Seen the new ones? fucking hilarious.
    • I think Night Drive is awesome sounds like an end of credits track from an 80’s James Bond movie. Sounds like LeBrock which is great to my ears.   I’ve loved all three tracks so far.
    • Personally I don't eat anything that isn't well cooked and this is a good reason to continue that habit! https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/doctors-remove-live-worm-from-woman-s-tonsil-1.5023719
