Oh, me? I will have the biggest trade list in history probably by the end of this year, I think. Just rating my collection as we speak and once it's all done I'll post a gigantic trade list... even if I'll probably prefer to sell most of it...

So this isn't happening.

 

My landlord, who is my brother, sold the house. I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the ridiculous real estate market situation in Vancouver/Fraser Valley. Houses were selling for $700,000 above asking price in the city, and averaging $60,000 over asking price in my town, just 40 minutes East of Vancouver. So, it made sense to sell. However, now nobody can find a place.

 

Now, my plan was to buy a house in a year, or two, but this kinda forced my hand. So, I moved back in with my folks. I'm in money-saving mode. My CD buying has pretty much entirely ceased. I can't justify traveling. And I'm looking at houses/property.

 

A lot of big change for me. But it's mostly exciting.
