And anyone out there aware that Matthew Gerrard of Regatta/Von Groove is pop song writing machine associated with Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Kelly Clarkson etc?

I remember him playing guitar and talking about GNR on that show when I watched it with my little sister back in the day. I remember seeing him in the show and saying to her that he was singing in Bad 4 Good and she was like "Who????"

Mr Drummond got married to Sam's mom (Dixie Carter from "Designing Women" if memory serves)... probably brought Danny/Sam in due to the fact that by that time Gary Coleman was in his late teens and couldn't pull off the "cute little kid" act convincingly anymore.

Saw Hot Rod Friday night. Lame! Not sure if it was the screenwriter, director or the star himself but someone was a HUGE Europe fan!

 

Soundtrack only had a couple of Europe tunes on it but the movie had a boatload of them in it.
