Our brother and guitar player Dave Dalone has decided to leave the band to pursue new musical challenges. It’s been seven years of nothing but good times with Dave, a fantastic guitar player, songwriter and friend.

We wish him all the best in his plans for the future.

As for now H.E.A.T will continue as a five man band. This will not affect the upcoming gigs nor the upcoming recording of our fourth album, which is due to be released early 2014. This is of course a sad day for all of us, but we’re positive that H.E.A.T will carry on as normal, making kick ass albums and touring the world.

In Daves own words:

"I've always been a great fan of melodic rock. For me, H.E.A.T started out as the passion project of my dreams, and turned into the great and strong melodic rock band that it is today.

I want to thank each and everyone involved and all of the great fans that made this journey possible for me. I have been to places, met so many nice people, experienced great moments that will stay in my heart forever.

I leave this band because, I have always believed in the fact that you should always stay true to your heart and follow your dreams, no matter what! I still have great faith in H.E.A.T and nothing but love for all of the members in the band, they will always be my brothers

Thank you everyone and Keep on Dreaming".

If H.E.A.T. was the passion project of his dreams, why does following his dreams involve him leaving H.E.A.T.?

Yeah I thought H.E.A.T camp is doin better after they got signed to a major label. I guess sometimes this kinda deal ironically wreck the brotherhood, just like in the De La Cruz camp

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. To me the only member of a band thats tough to replace is the singer.

That said, if Dalone is the main song writer, now that could make a huge difference.

My guess is that Erik has become the focal point of the band now, and Dalone probably isnt happy with it or with the possible change of direction.

While Address the nation wasnt a whole new style or anything, they changed enough for me to actually go from not caring about this band to having their album be one of my top albums of the year.

That does sound odd and I don't really understand why he left even after reading his statement, but yeah, main thing I saw was than an album is due early next year. Sweet business.

    • New song 'Siren Song'. From Frontiers: Seventh Crystal, who stormed on the melodic rock scene in 2021 since their stunning debut album "Delirium", have announced the release of their third full-length, "Entity". Seventh Crystal took everything up a major level (or two, really), "Entity" sees the bands exploring and expanding different genres, bringing their melodic rock formula, to progressive rock fields, sometimes little heavier and back to their unique rock style. Seventh Crystal is a melodic hard rock band from Gothenburg formed by Kristian Fyhr in 2019. What started as a solo project by Kristian quickly grew into a larger endeavor when Johan Älvsång and Olof Gadd joined the project. Shortly after, Anton Roos and Emil Dornerus also joined the band, completing the initial lineup. In 2020 the band signed a deal with Frontiers Records and released their debut album "Delirium" in 2021, which made waves all around the world. Due to the guitar-heavy parts on the album, the band realized they needed one more guitarist to be able to perform the songs live. Gustav Linde, an old friend of Anton Roos, took on the job, and the band began to work on their slightly more guitar-oriented follow-up album "Wonderland." The album "Wonderland" was released in 2023 alongside the EP "Infinity," establishing the band as an act to be reckoned with. During the fall, Johan Älvsång decided to step aside, and the band continued as a five-piece into the recordings of a third album. Drawing inspiration from a variety of genres, from soft rock to hard-hitting heavy metal, Seventh Crystal showcases a diverse range of musical expression. The band aims to be authentic and serve as an inspiration, outlet, and escape for their audience. Their sound is characterized by bombastic productions, catchy hooks, and dramatic and emotional melodies. TRACKLIST: 1. Oathbreaker 2. Thirteen to One 3. 404 4. Path of the Absurd 5. Architects of Light 6. Interlude 7. Blinded by the Light 8. Siren Song 9. Versus 10. Mayflower 11. Push Comes to Shove 12. A Place Called Home 13. Song Of The Brave
    • The latest band featured is "Y&T". This is a good one, as always with channel.  On a side note, I'm just thinking that there aren’t too many bands that have a Lead Singer that is also the Lead Guitarist.
    • Featuring Ben Christo, Joe Elliot and Billy Duffy
    • Better than any recent ACDC, but that not saying much. Mediocre bland tune, main highlight was the girls.
    • Judas Priest - Screaming for vengeance Lizzy Borden - Visual lies
    • That was fun...Krokus being an influence with the Swiss connection...apart from the obvious AC/DC....have to be honest I did not think that voice would come from the singer lol
    • New song 'Pump It Up'.
