Help! Need to get this film.

As a massive Marion Cotillard fan, I really need to see this film: 'Une affaire privée' ('A Private Affair'). I can't find it on DVD, we only have a Region 2 DVD player and I am a bit of a technophobe (so no idea if I can get it online somehow). I know some people seem to be able to get hold of any films, so just wondering if anyone on here can help me/point me in the right direction?

Well?

 

Went for the latter one (as I think the subtitles with the other one are Dutch). However, I installed XviD as prompted and nothing happened. I get this tab:

 

wtf???

 

The blue bar gets about two thirds of the way across then stops. No idea what I'm supposed to do now.
