Judas Priest are playing my town in June, and Uriah Heep are supporting. Are they still worth seeing?

From what I've seen and read Judas Priest is still performing at a high level and Halford still sounds pretty good, especially when you consider his age

Metal Church are touring Aus in August. Not my type of music. Maybe yours though.

Corabi plays MC94 album + extras next week

Pop Evil are the week after. Tix are cheap at $55 each

Lol, they're waiting for a saviour like Geoffrey!

Man, I've finally seen H.E.A.T last night! Erik=mc^2 and Dalone the master six stringer! I cried when they played out of the blue my beloved Downtown ( I already expected to play my other beloved one Emergency). Too bad the fookin bar in the club was short of Jacks.

Everyone in the Vancouver area, Helix are playing a free show on the Asylum stage at the Hard Rock Casino tomorrow. Not entirely sure what time they go on, but probably around 9:00.

I was at The Midnight show, last night. Fooking amazing! They are quite good live, and the crowd was fully engaged. I've honestly never seen such a good crowd before. Everyone was singing along at the top of their lungs to every song--which I think is more a testament to Tyler's skill as a songwriter--and dancing all night long. The energy in the room was something like a frenzied mosh pit at a Metal show... but this is Synthwave. It was unreal. Get out and see them if they're coming to your town.

Friday night I have Hardcore Superstar and Buckcherry

Missed both bands last time they each toured as I was overseas both times, so this time I get to see them both :)
Ironically, I fly to China Saturday morning, picked a nice little gap between this show and my wedding anniversary

Ablaze, Snake City Whisky, Massive and Airbourne are some Aussies' bands that Aussies don't support. They prefer wait to see international acts.

Gonna see Shinedown next week. Papa Roach and some band called Asking Alexandria are opening. Only cost me $12.50, so I'm kinda excited. Now I gotta refresh my memory on Shinedown.

Just wait for an international act and Silverback Touring will add at least 3 local bands to the bill.
Which means the act you paid to see has a much shorter set list.
Happened with pop Evil as well as Corabi.
I actually called them out on this on Facebook and they just deleted my post which was pretty lame.

Metallica came to MN on my sisters birthday last year, and there were two tickets in the HyVee Trader 😂 She never went though, of course

I saw Iron Maiden over the summer and will be seeing King Diamond soon

Mainden have had some killer reviews.

also just read recently Bruce sayiong that they don't tune down to match any aging voice (yet)

I haven't seen them since the Powerslave tour.
I haven't really been much iunto the more recent stuff.
May have to look at some set lists and see if their playing a bunch of stuff I don't know or not.

Was the concert good/great?
