Yeah I still have all my ticket stubs...they keep turning up in wierd places like inside album sleeves (fair enough) and inside old vases and cigar boxes!!

I was never big on programmes though...I only ever bought Aerosmith ones without religiously.

I did have a Priest Killing Machine tour one....not sure if I still have that, and a Gamma one.....which my mate got me as I was too ill to go to the concert and had to sell my ticket!

More and more they take your tickets at the door here and dont give them back..

Well, I'll give 'em a free urine sample in exchange for gettin' to keep the ticket stub! Hell, I'll give 'em two......one before I go in & one before I exit......& they can compare 'em....if they so chose!

OT:

Yes, I have all of my ticket stubs.....although the ink has faded on a few over the years.<_<

LOL! I am an incurable packrat so yes, I have (somewhere) almost every stub and shirt from every concert I've ever been to! I really need to get them all organized one day. I used to write the opening acts on the backs of the stubs, a practice I never should have stopped doing. It's often hard for me to remember now who I've seen and when.

I used to regret getting in shows for free because I had no stub to collect! I remember when the stubs went from raised ink to Ticketron type (still hate it). I am also still ticked at the usher who tore my ZZ TOP ELIMINATOR stub down the middle (it just says "Z" now). ;)

    • New album ''When Yesterday Comes Around' out March 21. From Pride & Joy Music: Alien is a Swedish rock band that has been a cornerstone of the hard rock scene since 1986, known for their melodic hooks, powerful guitar riffs, and the unmistakable voice of Jim Jidhed. Formed in Gothenburg, Sweden, the band quickly gained recognition both domestically and internationally, building a legacy of powerful albums and unforgettable live shows. Alien’s self-titled debut album, released in 1988, introduced their melodic hard rock style to the world establishing Alien as one of the standout bands of the late 80s hard rock scene. ”Only One Woman,” one of Alien’s most iconic songs which currently has almost 6 million streams on Spotify alone, became a massive hit and achieved gold certification in Sweden and dominated Swedish radio charts. The song also performed well internationally, receiving heavy rotation on radio stations in Europe, the US and Japan pushing the band higher into the global spotlight. Since then, the band has released several albums, the most recent one, ”Into the future” in 2020, which acclaimed positive reviews for its modern approach to the band’s established style, while still staying true to their melodic rock roots. 2025 marks a comeback with a new rcord coming out on March 21st, 2025 via Pride & Joy Music. With ”When Yesterday Comes Around” the Swedes take you back to a glorious time, but with a modern sound. Alien will also play at Sweden Rock Festival on the 4th of June, 2025 and will also embark on an South American tour in the fall next year. With a career spanning over three decades, the band continues to evolve and remain a vital force in rock music and the music continues to resonate with fans old and new. With a loyal fan base, a history of chart-topping hits and a reputation for delivering high-quality performances the band continues to tour worldwide and perform at major festivals and clubs. Their signature sound, a distinctive blend of melodic hard rock and AOR, has earned them a place among Sweden’s most enduring and beloved rock acts. The first single from the album, “If Love Is War” will be released in advance on January 10th, 2025. Line-up: •           Jim Jidhed – Vocals •           Tony Borg – Guitars •           Toby Tarrach – Drums
    • Haha, yeah, this is a name I am surprised to see on the forum. I remember them from what must be 20 years ago by now, I think? Is this from back then, or are they still going? Sounds pretty decent, for them.
    • Oh, wow. They're "interesting" music videos. I think I did hear somewhere they're doing a video for every song on the album, ay?
    • That Iridium Reactions dude on YouTube had this really high on his best of 2024 list... I think in top 3 or so? And it does sound quite nice. Will defo have to check this out this week and hope for a nice late surprise in the year.
    • New song 'Voices'.
    • It's so lonely in the top
    • Voodoo Circle - Hail To The King Fire Action - Until The Heat Dies Company Of Wolves - s/t (Rock Candy) Europe - Prisoners In Paradise (Rock Candy) Cobra Spell - 666 New Arcades - All That Remains LeBrock - Hope (Digital)
    • Overall a bit let down by this album Nothing that really makes me want to turn it up and blast loud, just an ok album full of ok to good songs.
    • Yep, agree. Came up in my YouTube feed today and I like it. Great clip as well. Need to explore this mand more, only been in and out of their stuff a few times. Seems a bit hit and miss, but with a lot of real gems along the way.
