I am leaving at 8 am! Got the vehicle packed and ready to roll. Chris should roll in at 8 and we hit the road!

 

Looking forward to a great time!!! Seeing Pete on stage, beers with Wes and Rick, more beers , hanging out and having beers with Pete, more beers, great music, talking with people that actually like our kind of music, drinking beers , raising hell in SD..........

I am hearing rumors that around 30,000 people attended Dakota Rockfest throughout the weekend. I still haven't gotten a reply from the Rock Fest website but this number has popped up a couple times. If it's true that's pretty promising for a Part II next year.

No doubt, if we ever play Rick's Garage in Tea, we'll definitely be doing some Lion or BMR, maybe even some Burning Rain.

 

We're actually thinking something really popular, not exactly throilling, but it's pretty lkey that the majority of your listeners know the song, otherwise why do a cover at all? Damon's suggestion was Blood Pollution from the Rock Star soundtrack, and I was like yeah GREAT song... and possibly 6 people in the audience would even know it was a cover...
