Just bought on eBay a Joan Jett CD where she does all cover songs, with some pretty interesting choices, including Love Hurts and Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Should be interesting.

Joan Jett-The hitlist is a pretty good album & was actually the first Joan Jett album I ever bought.

All the covers are done really well & fit Joans voice down to the ground!

I'm currently waiting for a few more CDs from the USA:

Joe Lynn Turner-S/T

Anatomic-In for the thrill

Anatomic-Three track demo CD

Shy Tiger-Feed the kitty

Black N' Blue-S/T

Vandenberg-S/T

Vandenberg-Heading for a storm

Vandenberg-Alibi

Shameless-The Super hardcore show

Last weekend I bought the new Sevendust CD, and a string tribute to AC/DC's Back In Black album. It's called Back In Baroque.

How is the new Sevendust? I love the first two (unless there are more, in which case I am an idiot).

This week:

Duff McKagan - Believe In Me

Whitecross - Equilibrium

Van Halen - Fair Warning (had to replace my cassette)

Stryper - Can't Stop the Rock

Tora Tora - Surprise Attack ($3, couldn't pass it up...)

Animal Bag - Offering

One of my old bands used to cover "Love's a Bitch", that's a killer tune, but I have to agree with you on "Guilty", that just kicks ass!

Duff: yes, and in addition to "F@*k You" it has "(F@*ked Up) Beyond Belief", another classic... ;)

Captain, I'm much obliged. I'm happy to know, that even though I got it for a bargain, I didn't waste my money. I appreciate the input!

I just heard several tracks off the new one Kings And Queens and I liked them. I must say that I prefer Johnny Gioeli over Jeff Scott Soto. Jeff is a great vocalist, but I give the edge to Johnny.

Just bought a Def Leppard single last night (Now) for the B-sides. Don't purchase singles TOO often, just when there's something particularly impressive on a B-side or if it's one of MY groups.
