I think the crowd who did the re issues of Buffalo are planning do the Taste discs in distant future.

Dragonfly were Craig ex Geshia and other members were Sepertine members, right Dave.

Doggy, do you have a name of the crowd that might be doing the Taste material as a reissue??? :drink:

Truth. I bet you get more for DIH than I do for all 20 of the CDs I have listed at the moment.

Yes, I agree Geoff......I'm really anxious to see how the DIH auction pans out......a lot depends on how many people are aware of it and if they really know about the band.

 Well, as I said above, I knew it’d make more than all 20 of my CDs… but I was not expecting THAT much more. I don’t think I’ll crack au$50 with mine in all honesty, let alone us$205!!! Insanity.

i'm very surprised that no-one has jumped on VLC!!!

Considering the prices people pay for stuff like Hollywood Teasze, Foxy Roxx, Noize Boys, ....ect, that disc is a steal for 0.99c.

Another case of people ignoring a band cos of where they come from.

good comment.

i hope that if anything Valhalla and Devils in Heaven gives some recognition that we have not only rare albums here, but quality music. For too long Aussie cd's have been ignored

And just to emphasise my pain, there are only 2 people watching the VLC one too, so it's not like there's a squad of potential bidders waiting to pounce on it.

I hate ebay sometimes.

make sure these (Valhalla and Devils in Heave) get submitted to heavy harmonies for the price guide!

It's funny how a few get recognition, like Demont and even Safire, but others equal...if not better than these get ignored.

You know there is a problem when your highest priced item is....

I Cant Believe Someone Bought Geoffs Used Sandals :puke:

 The funny thing was there was still a little bit of dried mud in the bottom treads when I sent them off. $5. That was another auction that really pissed me off. I paid about $30 for those. F*ck I've been hating ebay lately. If you have a look at past auctions you'll notice I also sold 2 TV cabinet things for $0.99 each. Seriously f*ck ebay.

Okay guys, make yourselves useful. Where do I pick up the two Choirboys albums 'Big bad noise' and 'Midnight sun' for a nice cheap price? Do I try ebay (which was useless when I just looked then) or do I just wait until I go to Cash Converters next time and assume they're easy to find?

Or do one of you guys wanna sell me copies for $2 each including postage?

I found 'Big Bad Noise' really easily over here, but had to get Matt to get me a copy of 'Midnight Sun' from Oz. He got mine from Aussie ebay for a pretty decent price, so maybe that is a good starting place. 'Midnight Sun' is quite rare evidentally, so Bon chance amigo :drink:

Thanks mate. £9.49 + whatever they charge for postage sounds a little like rape to me, so I'll have a little look around. :)

I saw one copy of 'Midnight sun' for us$2.99 on ebay with free postage... I then noticed it was the disc without inserts. Just seeing those covers on ebay, I have seen them everywhere I go in my CD hunting life! Especially 'Midnight sun'. Watch me never see them ever again now that I want them. :(

Most Sanity's or JB's will have Big Bad Noise for about 8-10 bucks... make sure you get the one with bonus tracks. Otherwise it pops up on ebay ALOT for similar price. Midnight Sun is ebay material... prob about 10-15 bucks im guessing.

The other ones may pop up on ebay rarely. Youll prob also see the crap greatest hits at JB also.

Big Bad Noise should be easy to get ... and that album is probably one of the best ever aussie releases.

If you like that, then track down the acoustic version... big bad & acoustic that was released a year or 2 back. Really good acoustic album.

I've actually been thinking of picking up the latest versions of the angels cds with all the bonus tracks. Just waiting to see them at a good price.

Just ordered a few of the Angels Discs, should be coming through in the next couple of weeks.

Some may be surprised to know I once gave the Angels a chance. I actually bought one of their tapes (from 1990 I think). I'm pretty sure it was the one with 'The dogs are talking' on it. I wonder if I still have the cassette or if it's buried in a puddle of vomit.
