Looking at the back of my cds 'Restless' came out in 1983 and 'Balls' came out in 1984.

 

that's because you have the US releases; both albums were released one year earlier in Europe.

 

Well I can only use what my discs say when I start a poll as I'd have no idea when a certain album was released somewhere else a different year.
