I'm kind of suprised that "Bringin' on the Heartbreak" has only 2 votes.

I don't know, for me that song is overplayed (by this album standards) and the other great songs get passed by. I didn't think it was a great ballad. A good one but not great. So just on the fact that the song gets skipped a lot because I like to hear the songs that I never get to hear unless I put this disc in, this gets pushed down toward the bottom of the list

It's not my fav from this album, but the reason I'm suprised is that it seems like in most of these polls the big "hit" always seems to get the most votes or close to the most votes.

BOTHB was what turned me on to Def Lep in the first place and was my fav Lep tune for years after, but as I got down into the rest of the tracks I started to appreciate some of the other stuff. Still a great ballad IMHO, 'cause I like my ballads to be a bit on the heavy side.

I voted for Let it go, I almost voted for Another hit and run and I feel bad for not voting for Heartbreak. I think I have 4 versions of Heartbreak and there is this one that just stands out (an extended version that has an alternatate ending) and I wish it was used for the album because that would be my favorite. Close one though. Good poll.

Looks like I'm the first whuss to choose 'Bringin' on the heartbreak'. Love that tune... the only one off this disc that ever made it onto any compilations/my Ipod. Not to say it's not a very good disc... but only that one tune really gets me. :)

You're not alone, my friend. "Bringin' on the Heartbreak" is not only the song I voted for, but the only song from this album I like. The others aren't bad, mind you, but nothing special as far as I'm concerned. I know this ain't a popular position (at least on this thread) but I'll take "Hysteria" or "Adrenalize" over "High & Dry" by a long shot. You want some real blasphemy? I'll listen to "X" before I'll listen to "High & Dry." (Please don't hate me...I'm such a sensitive soul. )

I'm 100% with you there mate. Decent disc, but behind 'Retroactive', 'Hysteria', 'Pyromania', 'X', Adrenalize' and 'Euphoria' (probably in that order) as far as I'm concerned. :)

Well, good news, my friend, you'll finally be able to give that beer coaster a rest, because there's a new beer coaster coming out next month. It's called Winger: "IV."

I've just heard the samples so far. I really hope there's more to that Winger release than the samples. Hopefully it's a grower.

This is probably my favorite Def Leppard release.

My favorite song is "Another Hit and Run" but all of them kick ass, including "Mirror, Mirror which is my 2nd favorite.

This is my all-time favorite disc. On Through the Night is my favorite song, at least right now...

There's just so many great songs on this disc!

LET IT GO!!!! I liked, On Through The Night, so I was excited to pick up High and Dry, then came Let It Go!!! it's just one of those few songs, I have a list of a few songs that I just cannot listen to without Jamming it as loud as I can get it, just as the intro starts in you feel it push your blood, muscle, and hand towards the volume button, without thought. and in my opinion while scoring many other great songs, and I think even trying to replicate Let It Go (Rock Rock till You Drop) Def Leppard hit the pinnacle mark on my music rock meter with that 1 song, and unfortunately could never top it, as far as my ear went!!!

Went with the title track as well, though "Let It Go" merited serious consideration. It was essentially a toss up.

Love both (as well as "Me & My Wine", as I have both the original and re-mixed versions of the album); just had to choose and went with High 'N' Dry(Saturday Night).

Great release! My favorite song would have to be "Let It Go"!

In second place would be "Bringin' On The Heartbreak" & then "High And Dry"
