Just watched Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back for the first time ever. I have to say, it's pretty damn funny!

The Men Who Stare At Goats
I give it 2½ stars.

Here is the latest from Zakk playing lead guitar for a band called My Darkest Days. Chad from Nickelback also sings in this video. It's not too bad, in fact I downloaded it from iTunes.

Just saw Superbad for the first time. Pretty funny!
Also watched Year One the other night. That movie was really funny! One of Jack Blacks better movies.

Killer band. They were the best band at this weekends Download festival by far (also there were: ACDC, Reckless Love, Y&T, Rage Against the Machine, Megadeth - who sucked, Lamb of God, Steel Panther, etc etc)
Volbeat was also there. Awesome band! Can't wait to fly out to Chicago in August to see them again.

German police reportedly detained Jeremy Spencer, Zoltan Bathory and Matt Snell of FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH en route to the Rock Am Ring festival, where the band is scheduled to perform on June 4.
According to a posting on the group's MySpace page, the Munich Police Department alerted the Nürnberg airport police where a group of officers took the musicians into custody for alleged international weapons violations.
After recognizing the event as a misunderstanding, German police released the bandmembers and they will appear at both Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals as scheduled.
Anyone hear their new single?... It's a cover of Bad Company. You can download it on iTunes.

The first CD I ever bought was a band called Gordie. The lead sing was Brian Johnson of AC/DC. After that I bought 'Boys In Heat' by Britny Fox.
Not that anyone really gives a shit, but hey?...

What's really sad about all this is the fact that Paul and his wife have a baby girl on the way. What a shame...

According to DesMoinesRegister.com, an autopsy of SLIPKNOT bass player Paul Gray has revealed no cause of death, Urbandale, Iowa police said this afternoon.
The cause of death is still under investigation, and the Polk County Medical Examiner is awaiting the results of toxicology testing.
Dr. Gregory Schmunk said it could be four to six weeks before all of the test results are complete and the cause of death can be determined, according to police.
The autopsy reportedly did confirm that there was no evidence of foul play or trauma, and that Gray had been dead for several hours before his body was discovered.

And yet Brett Michaels still lives.... Where's the cosmic justice???
Tsk tsk. Not nice.
Not nice at all.
What Brett has gone through, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy..... Well, maybe?

I didn't care for the last release at all. I didn't even find it average. So I really hope they get back to what they do best. But, if "All Night Long" is going to be the best song off the new cd then I won't be rushing out to buy it right away. It is an ok song but it has not caught on with me like I thought it might.
Let's face it, after the great start to 2010, any release is gonna get compared to what we have listened to so far...so it better be really good.
I saw an interview with Josh & Keith about the new album. They said they wanted an album that works great live. They wrote songs for the live show. I can see "All Night Long" being a great live song, even if it doesn't do much for ya on the radio.

hoping they don't try "too hard" this time round. i thouhgt the last album they tried a bit too hard rather than doing what they actually do best.
I have to agree.

NICE! Some old school AC/DC with their original singer, Dave Evans.
You might be wondering (although, I'm sure you're not) what Dave Evans is up to lately, check out this piece of work. I had to laugh when I first saw this video. The lyrics are horrible.
ENJOY!!

Inglorious Bastards. Not too bad of a flick, but Quentin Tarantino has done better. I give it 3 stars.
