Just finished 'Clash of Kings' by George R. R. Martin and just started 'Storm of Swords' by the same author...

Yeah, overrated for sure....one decent release only (Something Wicked This Way Comes)....

It's been on my list to pick up for quite some time now....rather pricey for me, needs a reissue...

So the 'Mistaken' one is good too? I couldn't find a freakin' thing on the net about these CDs, just one tiny article comparing the style of the 'Mistaken' album to Alice In Chains... so I avoided it. But you reckon it's comparable to the debut and Trixie? I did buy 'BURST' yesterday and I'll get this one too if you reckon it's just as good. I'd say the Mistaken release is a good one.....I've never thought of Alice in Chains when listening to Amsterdam so I don't know where that comparison came from.....

I really dislike cover albums...they usually get one or two spins and then collect dust....but I must admit to being intrigued by the tracks they've chosen to cover....I may take the plunge and pick it up...

I'd put Trixie ahead of Amsterdam in quality but not too far....

Damn, I haven't managed to track down their first release yet for a decent price....

I say they are well worth $10 each.... a good band, I own all their releases....these guys play a combination of AOR, party rock & hard rock ....
